Hi Arnon, what’s the most important lesson your business/career has taught you?
Don’t follow the money, master the craft of your own domain, do it better than your competitors, apply the obvious principles over a long period of time, everything else follows

What should our readers know about your business?
Novela Cafe Social is an all day cafe in The heart of Wynwood. Before that I opened more than 10 restaurants in NYC including Gotan and little collins.

I wanted to re brand here and create a local cafe to young professionals in Miami. Miami has an amazing night culture and we wanted to introduce day culture

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My story is consisted of my past mentors, the ones who chose to teach me a lesson when the only coin I had was the one of respect.

My partner Kate of YO BK who challenged me to find a unique setup in Miami that can include both busienss under one roof.

Ownership of oasis Wynwood David Weitz and Erik Rutter who believed in us all the way and their facilitation to our success has no limits.
My beautiful and most amazing wife Marisabel who keeps me sane and focus
