We had the good fortune of connecting with Aryan Rashed and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Aryan, how do you think about risk?
The transition from my legal career into entrepreneurship was a risk I took. I didn’t know much about customer service. I realized I was not just in the business of fitness but the business of people. I think also a risk was growing this brand during the pandemic. I wanted and envisioned spaces where people could come back to and feel great again. I realized how connection and community was something we needed. We not only ended up opening stores in South Florida but also New York and Nevada.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I love that we are home grown brand here in South Florida. I also love that whether you’re a beginner or professional athlete, the TREMBLE method is for you. It’s a high intensity, low impact workout that combines the best of strength training, cardio and Pilates all in one. We conduct classes on our custom reformers and combine it with great music for a fun experience. More intense than your average Pilates class, but the secret sauce is the community, clients, and team. Without great people who we consider family, we couldn’t be where we are today.

We have grown this brand organically. Learning how to grow a brand without taking capital or outside investment is not easy. You learn so many different skill sets and have to balance quality and growth challenges all. at once. I think learning all aspects of the business before. we grew. was important.

I’m proud to be a woman owned business and I’m grateful to the community of Miami for growing with this. brand.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Start for a long walk/run on. beach during sunrise starting at South Pointe, a little cafecito to start the day, and off to TREMBLE, lunch at Mandolin one of my favorite places to eat, a little walk at the Botanical Gardens or to check out the murals in Wynwood on a bike, must have Cuban food, and a Sunset at the Standard.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My family. They’ve always supported my decisions and gave me the confidence. to feel that the power is within me. There have been hard times and great times in this journey and they have been there through all of it.
