Hi Ashley, what is the most important factor behind your success?

Aside from being industry experts in Facebook ads and social media management, the #1 most important factor behind the success of One Love Social is how we treat our clients. It’s so cliche but it’s so true, our clients become our friends and we genuinely have a vested interest in the success of their businesses. We are so intuned with every client that we are able to nail down campaigns and deliver stellar results!

I decided at the very beginning that I wouldn’t make my clients feel like just a number, I would treat all clients the same no matter their budgets. This was important to me because I worked in a big advertising agency where it was the exact opposite, which is ultimately why I left because I thought it was so crazy that they would take on clients only to ignore them and push out mediocre campaigns.

Being a boutique social media agency allows me and my team to give impeccable one-on-one service. It also allows us to be nimble and able to jump on trends as they are happening which is greatly appreciated by our clients.

One Love Social, is a boutique social media agency which helps small businesses like yours reach more customers and increase sales by consistently showing up online. Years ago, while working as a digital marketer for corporations, I had the chance to experiment with Facebook advertising in its infancy.

Often I had unlimited budgets and was able to help those businesses make big bucks. But I also learned local businesses could get a piece of the pie – and for a fraction of the cost! This revelation gave me the power to leave corporate America and start my own company.

My goal now is to turn big profits for the real community heroes – small local businesses. At One Love Social we pride ourselfs on getting to know your business inside out so that we can post in a way that sounds just like you! Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Delray Beach is one of the most exciting and beachy destinations in South Florida! I recommend El Camino for hand-crafted margaritas and yummy tacos. For some good people watching walk downtown on Atlantic Ave then continue east about a mile and you will end up on one of the most beautiful beaches!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to shoutout Tim Ferriss! I discovered his best-selling book The Four Hour Work Week back in 2011 which really opened my eyes to entrepreneurship and building the life I desire. Tim’s podcast is equally as motivating! In each episode, Tim deconstructs world-class performers from all different backgrounds (investing, sports, business, art, etc.) to extract the tactics, tools, and routines they use in their lives. I have learned a lot from his guests and even use a lot of their tactics/habits in my own personal and professional life.
