Hi Ashley, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Deciding to freakin’ go for it and take ownership of my success story was a major shift for me. It is so easy to let your fears keep you stuck. Once you decide that you want more for yourself and your life, that’s when the game will change for you. The truth is you are one decision away from a better you! My whole life changed when I decided to go for it.

Splash of Ash is a lifestyle brand focused on inward and outward wellness. I am a strong believer that changing your daily routines, self-talk, and habits can dramatically change your life.

With my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I have made it my mission to empower individuals to uncover and discover their own power. The truth is, you have all it takes to change your life!

My podcast, Splash of Ash, is something I am so dang proud of! With over 100 episodes, there is something for everyone! You can literally feel my passion through these episodes! I promise you’ll feel fired up to show up for your life as your best you.

My goodness, I am SO excited to announce I have recently launched my professional speaking business! Proud is an understatement with this aspect of my business. It’s outside my comfort zone, but it lights my soul on fire!

Consistency is key in this business. Showing up for my business even when I just don’t feel like it is an essential to my success! Focusing on why I am doing what I’m doing gives me the fuel to just keep going!

This entrepreneurship journey has taught me that I can do anything! Heck, if I can do it so can you! Start today and start now! Your potential is massive and you are capable of big things too!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
To be honest, I am very much so a homebody! BUT if I had to be out and about with my bestie I would be at Kixi cafe to get an iced coffee and then off to the beach! What a blessing it is to be in the sunshine and surrounded by palm trees. I will never take that for granted!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
A well deserved shout out goes to my family and my fiancé! The people you choose to surround yourself with matter. I keep my circle small and that’s intentional. When you do anything hard and scary in life, your support team is massively important. So, thank you to my people! The support, the feedback, the ideas, the hard conversations, the push to just dive in… Thank you for helping me uncover my potential and use it to help people discover their own magic too.
