Meet ASIRI KING OF THE VIBEZ | RECORDING ARTIST | CREATIVE DIRECTOR

We had the good fortune of connecting with ASIRI KING OF THE VIBEZ and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi ASIRI, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I wanted to branch my brand in many ways. “The fruits of your labor.” So I figured I was the tree, and every idea I have is an extension of me. I love promotion, and creating marketing ideas. I am my own creative director in a way. Once I was called King of the vibez I knew my purpose was to spread vibez that last forever, changing the frequencies of the world through music. So all my brands circulate around that.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Truthfully what sets me apart is I’m the King Of The Vibez !!! I never called myself that I was a title given but it’s one that’s true. I’ve always been the one on aux, I’ve even had to dj parties off my phone. Since I really know the vibez and I’m doing my music I just Spread Vibez That Last Forever 💫 I got to where I am today because of God. To dive in though I had a plan and I just searched for those who could fill the part. Really did research and study artist and see who is who. Once I did that I plugged myself in with my brand and kept building and grinding. Learned from my L’s and double backed and went even harder the next time. What I’ve learned is always be you and never let anyone change you. Advice is advice you don’t have to take it. Don’t let people control you, they’ll see your talent and use you. Developer a team quick and grow. Only focus on your dream and your teams dream. Also be real and be happy more. Connections go a long way. It’s never easy but you overcome it by praying, believing in yourself at all times no matter what the present looks like. Focusing on the present takes you farther than anything. Completing purposeful task in a timely manner. Oh and patience !! It’s okay to be still and not do anything it’s called self love. Don’t overdress your life chasing money you ain’t even using. Make life easy on you too, try and get a job that corresponds with what you’re doing and run your career full time also. You’ll have a lot more money and happiness because you’re still learning which is so key to life and the industry since it’s Always evolving. I think my greatest accomplishment to date is saving lives with my music. I’ve met countless celebrities from Cardi B, to Erykah Badu, to A$AP ROCKY, and more. I’ve toured the US, and Europe, I’ve had my mayor recognize me for being a creative, been on radio station but truthfully to know my energy made someone wanna live still is powerful for me considering I had my moments of weakness before too. Honestly another accomplishment was getting the txt from my dad that he heard my song playing in a car while he driving in Key West. That made my life so happy. To know my parents heard me and they see the work and the sacrifice is a different type of warmth. I wanna be known to the world as ASIRI “KING OF THE VIBEZ” Spreading Vibez That Last Forever 💫 Being Undeniably The Greatest Vibe Around✨ I just love moments even with strangers where I’m having such a good time, having a good laugh or moment. I want the world to experience those too, and more frequent.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Being from Miami is different. I would have to take them to the tourist spots like Miami Beach, Wynwood, Aventura Mall, Dolphin Mall. Food spots depends on what you’re looking for cause i know some clean vegan spots in Fort Lauderdale, some in the cut local pizza spots. Miami is really a place for the vibez, I know my best friend so I’d take them to specific things but if you come to Miami. Head to Miami Beach during the day and wynwood at night. From there you’ll meet anyone you need to know. It’s Miami don’t be shy, we don’t bite it’s for the vibez

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First I wanna shoutout God ! For bringing all these amazing souls into my life that have blessed and pushed me into the person I am. I wanna shoutout @slimdavinci if I never met him I don’t think I’d be rapping tbh. I’d like to thank Kreig Bandason and @mcxzenfam ! Engineering and finding my sound with me, and just helping me with life also. @rayvynofficial one of the first people I really bonded with on the music first and always just pushed me to continue and be myself and soar high ! @nadiabusey for believing in me and developing me into the man and artist I needed to be for myself. @izo.dae @stunnala @rivlose @therealbezi @caleburr @knowcash @babyjxoxo @7ranquil @jhowardmusic and so many more !
