Hi Autumn, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My journey as a hairstylist and business owner has been rooted in pure passion for my craft and the people I serve. I’ve always made it my mission to put my clients first, connecting with them on a personal level and truly caring about what matters most in their lives. Showing up, being present, and being someone they can count on has been at the heart of everything I do — and I believe that love and dedication have been the true keys to my success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My art is rooted in connection — not just the transformation of hair, but the transformation of how people feel about themselves. What sets me apart is the personal bond I build with every client. I don’t just create a look; I create an experience where they feel seen, heard, and valued. Every person who sits in my chair matters to me, and that level of care and passion is at the core of everything I do.

What I’m most proud of is the community I’ve built — a team of talented, passionate stylists who share the same heart-centered approach to this industry. I’m excited every day to create a space where creativity, kindness, and personal growth thrive together.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. There were moments of doubt, long hours, sacrifices, and growing pains. But the drive my mother instilled in me always kept me pushing forward. I overcame challenges by staying true to my values — staying reliable, staying connected to my clients, and believing in the bigger vision even when things got hard.

The lessons I’ve learned are simple but powerful: stay consistent, stay passionate, never stop learning, and always lead with heart.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s that we’re here to do more than just create beautiful hair. We’re here to build real relationships, empower confidence, and create a space where both clients and stylists can feel at home, supported, and inspired.
