We had the good fortune of connecting with Bianca Falcon and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bianca, we’d love to hear what makes you happy.
I have a passion for helping people come together as a community. Especially now, the rough times during this year’s pandemic has shown me how important having a community truly is. Whether your backbone is family, friends, coworkers, or like-minded people, it’s those around us that help gets us through. I am my truest self when I engage in my community and create a sense of unity and relatability through movement. It’s inspiring to feel the connectedness of others regardless of their paths of life. Creating unity through community is my life mission.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Dancing has been a part of my entire life. I’ve always envisioned myself combining my love for connectedness and movement. I graduated in Recreational Therapy in 2018 with the hopes of somehow combining inclusion and adaptivity through movement. Soon after, I became a certified Pilates Instructor in 2019 and it’s been the most rewarding career choice thus far. Being able to watch people fall in love with the strength of their bodies is inspiring. Moving forward, my plans are to obtain different movement certifications to diversify my reach. Movement is for everyone, my career goal is to modify and create adaptive styles to all versions of physical movement. Inclusivity and adaptation are very close to my heart as I myself have embraced my own learning disabilities. I’ve been able to overcome my thoughts of being incapable and transitioned into having this so-called “challenge” become my power. I accepted my differences in learning styles and searched for talents within me that speak louder than my doubt.

I’m most excited for a creative project I have in the works through a brand I am starting, I will be tapping into our unique internal passions. More details on that coming soon (follow me through IG @bee.falcon)! This past year alone has taught me to tap into my inner fire, using the passions that fuel and help me connect with others to make a difference. We all have different abilities and strengths, we are all so different which is what helps shape our world. The key is acceptance and not letting any diversities limit capabilities! I want everyone to know that, believe it, and live it! I hope to create this awareness through my own brand of encouragement through movement.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
The most fun is usually the unexpected plans! I would be hitting up the beach for a playful day in the sun and ocean waves ending with a night out dancing to Oscar G at

1-800- Lucky in Wynwood. As I’ve gotten older, I have learned to appreciate the smaller more quaint spots like Casa Florida (fav!), Gramps, and The Broken Shaker. I do however, believe you can meet awesome people through networking and self-development events. I’m apart of a group of fitness women chapter in Miami called Team38 and I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many inspiring women in the fitness industry through that!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give the biggest shout out to my mom. I come from a very creative / artistic family and my mother has always encouraged, supported, and paved the way for me to follow my passions. She’s always exposing me to different music, art, movement. She’s the real reason I got into the field of what I studied (she researched since I had

ZERO clue and found me my major, thanks mom!) She also taught me resilience which I forever am grateful for. Love you.
