We had the good fortune of connecting with Bianca Salvatori and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bianca, what do you attribute your success to?
The success of my brand is built on bringing together a group of brilliant women and utilizing all our knowledge from our different careers to launch this business. These women are ‘doers’, who did everything ‘right’ and now want to do it for themselves. I’ve created a company were we can amplify each person’s talents and utilize them to succeed, and then we all benefit from it.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Noosh started during the pandemic to fill the void at our dining room table. We wanted to find a way to reconnect with our loved ones over our favorite thing – delicious food. What started as a “hobby” has turned into a full-service catering and event company located in 3 cities across the country. There’s nothing that makes us happier then when someone tells us they love our food.

Starting your own business is not for the faint of heart. When we started Noosh, we both had full-time jobs in other companies, splitting our days between work meetings, fulfilling Noosh orders, and trying to keep our our sanity in place all while being a new mom. The long days were made less of a burden by having a team of dedicated and dependable women behind us. Without our community Noosh wouldn’t be the growing brand that it is today. We’ve learned that in business, as in life, the people you surround yourself with are key to your success and happiness.

Our company grew through word of mouth in the mommy communities, which is something that we are proud of. The mommy networks are extremely powerful and have helped launch numerous businesses, such as ours, and we will always be grateful to them. Their love of our Noosh ChocoDates inspired us to launch our e-commerce store, The Bazaar, curated with our own hand made artisanal goods and premium products such as caviar and black truffles.

Another thing we’re proud of is how many women have reached out to us for business advice or hearing how we’ve inspired them to actual start “doing”. In that spirit, we are currently working on launching our own community called “Faza” (Space in Farsi), to provide a space for women from all walks of life to learn from each other, help build businesses, share a recipe or two and to ultimately be each others cheerleaders.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Ohhh Daniela loves this question! Bianca would just say come over for a casual dinner and serve a feast. Instead of giving you a list of all the usual spots to hit up in Miami, this is what we’ve actually told our friends to do when they visit:

The perfect Miami Saturday :
Hit up Navi’s Coffee in the Grove for their date cold foam latte and either grab a bouquet from Navi herself or head on over to the farmer’s market and see Carlos at The Flower Jar to add a little romance to your Saturday morning. Then walk down to the Grove Grocer’s for yummy farm to shelf goodies. For lunch we love Amals or Los Felix in the Grove. If you want to do some sightseeing that’s a little off the beaten path, head to Kampong Botanical Garden for a lovely stroll around the gardens and an incredible view of the bay. To catch a perfect Miami sunset, head over to The Cleat inside Bill Baggs in Key Biscayne for some drinks and the best view in town. While you’re in the Key, stay for dinner at Vinya. For a little nightlife action, we love Zey Zeys, Jolene Sound Room or Miami Sound Bar for some fun dancing without the typical Miami scene.

For those wellness girlies, we’d recommend starting with a chiropractic tune-up from Dr. Eddie Esposito, a little botox and filler from Carolina at Rejuvv Aesthetics, to get a hair refresh from Armin’s Salon and Spa, your nails done at the fabulous Mano Nails, a facial at Sana Skin Studio. Just before they head home we’d remind them to stop at the Sugar Cottage and grab a gift for their kids, since we all know you can’t go back empty handed!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many people that have helped make Noosh possible. Most notably, my business partner and best friend of over 20 years Daniela, who has been the key component to helping us succeed. She’s stuck with me for life.
