Hi Bionca, let’s talk legacy – what do you want yours to be?
I want my legacy to be inspiring. I want people to remember me for my heart, my motivation, and my brand. I want my legacy to show people that anything is possible and obstacles are God’s way of prepping you to be unstoppable. I want my legacy to live through everything and anyone I’ve touched. I want people to remember me as a beautiful soul.

Please tell us more about your business. We’d love to hear what sets you apart from others, what you are most proud of or excited about. How did you get to where you are today business-wise. Was it easy? If not, how did you overcome the challenges? What are the lessons you’ve learned along the way. What do you want the world to know about you or your brand and story?
I believe what sets me apart from others is my heart for my brand. My brand wasn’t created just because, it was created from love and a desire to cater to parents and their little ones. I am most proud of the quality provided by It’s the Baby & Co. and excited for the expansion of the brand. I am just beginning! I’m only in my first year of being a business owner but from the moment I made up in my mind that I was going to go through with becoming a business owner, I knew I was taking a risk. Any time you take a risk it’s never easy but trusting God makes it smoother! One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned along the way is to trust myself but most importantly trust God! I’ve also learned to trust my instincts along with the process. One of the things I want the world to know about my story is that it’s beautiful! What I originally considered to be shattering parts of me, all worked together for something greater. Allowing me to produce a brand that is dedicated to creating quality items that parents will be happy to buy. Everything is carefully picked and presented with love.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Miami in general but I am water person! So, I’d probably go anywhere near the beach.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My success is not my own. My family has been a tremendous help. My parents, siblings, best friend, and most importantly my husband! My husband has carried great weight to allow me to create something for me!
