We had the good fortune of connecting with Bobby Suarez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Bobby, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I started Sell To Bobby because I wanted to change the way people sell their homes. The traditional process is stressful, slow, and full of fees. I thought—why can’t selling your house be as easy as selling your car to CarMax? So I built a company that offers a simple, transparent, and hassle-free way to sell, where homeowners can get a fair offer without the headaches.

What should our readers know about your business?

What I’m most proud of is the culture we’ve built. We have a team of A-players who operate with integrity, take ownership, and genuinely care about helping people. We’ve created a brand our employees are proud to represent—and that homeowners trust.

Getting here wasn’t easy. We’ve dealt with growing pains, and market shifts. But instead of quitting, we doubled down on our values, improved our systems, and came out stronger. The biggest lesson? Surround yourself with the right people, and don’t compromise on your core values.

What I want the world to know is this: We’re not just another homebuyer. We’re here to create a better experience—one that’s honest, human, and puts people first.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love the Florida Keys. If my best friend was visiting, I’d take them straight to my home in Key Largo to relax and unwind. We’d spend the week soaking up the Keys lifestyle—laid-back vibes, good food, and even better company.

First stop: boating, of course. Whether we’re island-hopping, fishing, or just cruising around with music, there’s no better way to enjoy the water.

For food, we’d hit some of my favorites—C & C Wood Fired Pizza for a chill night with great pies, and Square Grouper for some amazing seafood and a great atmosphere. We’d also check out local spots for conch fritters, key lime pie, and maybe even a tiki bar or two for drinks by the water.

The week would be all about good vibes, sunsets, and making memories. That’s what the Keys are all about—no stress, just enjoying life.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this Shoutout Series to my incredible team and my family. None of this would be possible without their support, hard work, and belief in the vision. They’re the reason we’re able to keep pushing forward and changing lives every day.
