We had the good fortune of connecting with Brandon Pomeranz and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brandon, maybe we can start at the very start – the idea – how did you come up with the idea for your business?
Unclaimed was born out of necessity. I proved I could build a recognizable brand from scratch. With South Beach Helicopters, I turned an aviation company into one of the most recognizable names in the industry through content, strategy, and real storytelling. No ads, just execution. People started asking me how I did it. That’s when I realized most brands have something valuable but don’t know how to position it. That’s where the name Unclaimed comes from. I built this agency to help brands take what’s already theirs. Attention, identity, market share. It’s all sitting there. You just have to take it.

What should our readers know about your business?
Unclaimed is a digital marketing agency built to elevate. We offer brand strategy, web design, SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and social media management. Every part of what we do is crafted to make brands sharper, stronger, and impossible to ignore.

I’ve built brands from the ground up and seen what happens when everything clicks. The message, the look, the presence … that kind of brand doesn’t need to shout. It speaks clearly and people listen. That’s the energy behind Unclaimed. Every move has meaning.

What I’m most proud of is how personal this work is. Every brand we build has to stand on something real. When people work with Unclaimed, they don’t just get a service. They build with identity, power, and a real plan to scale.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was in town for the week, I’d start it with a sunrise run along the water in Key Biscayne. There’s something about that early stillness that sets the tone for the day. We’d follow it up with coffee in Wynwood and a walk through the neighborhood to take in the art, energy, and movement.

At sunset we’d be up in the air, doors off, flying over the city with South Beach Helicopters. It is my favorite way to see Miami and yes, I have to shout myself out for that one. If the Florida Panthers are playing, we’re going. I’ve got season tickets and the team is on fire right now.

Dinner could be Carbone or Makoto at Bal Harbour Shops, depending on the night. And if the weather holds, we’d get out on the water to fish for tuna and come back to make fresh ceviche. Just good food, good company, and time well spent.

I grew up in Miami, so when I show someone this magical city, I want them to see all of it. The places that move with meaning. The moments that actually last.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to give a shoutout to South Beach Helicopters. I co-founded the company years ago with an incredible team and that experience became the foundation for everything I do now. Together we built something incredible, turning a local aviation business into one of the most recognizable names in the industry. That journey taught me what it really means to build a brand, lead with intention, and stay committed to the long game. I’m proud of what we created and grateful for the team who helped bring it to life.
