We had the good fortune of connecting with Brianna Robinson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brianna, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I want to work for myself. I grew assisting my parents at the family business and it’s definitely tough, but worth knowing what to expect on a day-to-day basis. As an entrepreneur, I am in control.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Be Elite Therapy, formerly known as B. ROB Therapy is a mobile therapy business. I offer sports massages, cupping therapy, stretching and more. I would read articles and blogs within the physiotherapy and athletic training profession to gain ideas of how I would want to shape my business and combined that with previous experiences. The start-up is never easy, but the end goal is worth the stress. Personally, the website setup did not work for me no matter how much I’d promote so I deactivated and now stick to what works, Instagram. I even added eBooks to the website, nothing really worked. I now invest that time and energy into social media. That was a tough lesson since I assumed a website was the best way to go, but I learned. I want the world to know that Be Elite Therapy will continue to flourish and you will see more of me.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting for a week, we would enjoy the Food Trucks in Young Circle located in Hollywood and head to the Broadwalk for a show. We would go to Xtreme Action Park or Dezerland to race on go-karts, play video games, bowl, and experience virtual reality escape rooms which is one of my favorites. Head to Bayside and hop on a party boat another day, visit Sawgrass Mall and probably take a day to simply relax and/or explore a nature reserve. The bulk of the visit will be filled with food from Tap42, Bar-Rita, Shooters, Firebirds, and topped off with Cleveland’s Ice Cream. I think one chill day would be a good idea.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Working for myself has always been a goal of mine, but my best friend, Rachelle gave me a bit of a boost. She is also an AT and already had a few clients. As her clientele grew, she asked me to hop on board and it’s been up ever since.
