Hi Brice, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
After moving to Miami with Jennifer my wife, from France. I wanted to realize a dream. I have been from a young age interested by the Horology world and the watch industry. I have own my first mechanic watch at 8years old and I became a watch addict. Together we have launch and run 3 coffees shop called “Fresh Baked café”. With the success of the coffee shops I thought, we could push forward and launch a watch company. That for success the answer is in you.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Why dream when you can live it. What ever you want to achieve you have to put all your focus in it. You have to believe, believe , believe and work hard. Harder you will work stronger will be your chance of success. To bring life to our brand “Mazz Horology” and our first model “the waterway. I have had to focus on a classic design and source the part for reliability and solidity. To create a traditional scuba diver watch to follow you ievery days on your lifestyle and adventures

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
What I love about Miami and south Florida in general is the mix of culture. We live on Normandy isle , and we enjoy our neighborhood. For sure my best friend is coming in January and I m planing to bring him to enjoy food at “Prima pasta”, “le zoo”, “café crème”, “la fratelli la buffala”, “Versailles” and “la carreta” for Cuban food. To visit we will go viscaya, coconut grove , wynwood, Bal Harbor ,and Surfside. For pastries we will go to Chef Bachour in. Coral gables, he is one of the best in the world. To go out at night probably “liv” or a concert of Pitbull.
