We had the good fortune of connecting with Britany Siera and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Britany, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
My drive and determination is the most important factor behind my success and definitely putting God first in everything that I do.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a hairstylist located in Coral Springs Fl. I specialize in hair extensions , hair braiding, custom coloring & wig construction. I’m mostly proud of the woman I’ve become while doing what i truly love ; my career definitely changed my life. It wasn’t easy but it’s worth it. The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far in business is to never let your guard down. I confused a lot of friendships that were just simply business relationships. I want the world to know that it’s okay to start over, it’s okay to take a day off just for yourself, and it’s okay to make mistakes because you’re human. But always know and remember that no one is you , and that is your power.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My favorite things to do when my friends come into town is to get a big house and vibe. Go to the beach, get on jet skis or relax on a yacht. Of course we’re eating chicken wings (all flats) only at my favorite place @ Roosters in Margate FL.
