We had the good fortune of connecting with Brooke Boles and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Brooke, what are you inspired by?
Real Estate and Design is. inspiring because you have the ability to transform people’s lives whether they are empty nesters down sizing, first time home buyers, people investing, families cashing out due to divorce or death and counting on the equity of their home. Being able to assist people to reach their real estate goals is incredibly rewarding. and you gain new friends through building relationships.

What should our readers know about your business?
I started Envision Home Staging and Design after realizing I could bring a bigger value proposition to my real estate clients by offering turn key services to help prepare a home for sale such as renovations, landscaping, luxury staging and marketing. MY goal is also to help other real estate professionals achieve greater success when listing homes to maximize the value in the least amount of time as well as offer custom solutions for purchases.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Boca Raton is the crown jewel of South Florida with a plethora of activities for everyone including relaxing at our pristine beaches, enjoying a boater’s dream with our intracoastal waterways, award winning golf courses, as well as fine dining and shopping. A trip to Boca isn’t complete without a visit to the iconic The Boca Raton Resort. Here you can enjoy the beach, new state-of-the art pools, spa and visit my Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Office to see the hottest properties. Start the day with Saquella Cafe in Royal Palm Plaza for the best pastries and coffee, shop in Mizner Park and visit the Boca Raton Museum of Art. Grab lunch at Kapow or Villagio. Walk to the beach for some mediation. If you love nature trails, stop by Morikami Museum and gardens. For live music lovers, visit Crazy Uncle Mikes for the best bites, brews and beats.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I am incredibly blessed to have a supportive father and daughter but I am grateful for my Coldwell Banker office managers and staff that create a sense of community and passion for what they do.
