Hi Cachandre, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
It is difficult to specifically narrow down the one decision that most contributed to my success. I feel as though it is a cumulation of different things but all fall under the general umbrella of staying true to myself. In my opinion, someone who is authentically them and strives to create their own wave will make a larger impact than someone who is imitating what is popular. Therefore, it is important to me to remain authentic and genuine as I continue to grow my brand as an entrepreneur and Cash Chronicles on youtube. Staying true to myself also means remaining humble. Every interaction I receive with my content whether it is on my youtube channel (Cash Chronicles) or my graphic design page (@clevervisions), I genuinely appreciate. I believe it is the gratitude, appreciation and reciprocation that I demonstrate to those who interact with me has also contributed to my success by being able to build relationships with people that support me with nothing to gain.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started my youtube channel Cash Chronicles about 7 months ago on my birthday. Since then, it truly has been an interesting journey. I am most proud of the growth in my videos. It is almost cringe worthy going back to watch my first video but it is an amazing feeling to see how far I have come in less than a year. I have many milestones to reach but I am currently most proud of my St. Thomas Travel Vlog reaching over 1000 views on my channel. It has truly motivated me and has given me a taste of what I can accomplish if I continue to put my mind to it. Being transparent, the challenges I struggle the most with would be staying motivated and remaining consistent. Some days I am very eager and excited to produce content but as a small youtuber, it gets discouraging when it feels like your hard work is not being noticed. Ofcourse you have to remind yourself that nothing worth having happens overnight, but sometimes it does get to you. However, I have learned to embrace those days where I may feel down but not stay down for too long and always remember where I started. Remaining consistent is sometime difficult for me because I do have a full time job, currently taking classes to get my masters and honestly just life! Something that I learned that helps me stay consistent is scheduling my days in advance when I want to record, edit and post. I also try to record multiple videos in advance so I am not stressed out. However, I have come to the compromise that it is important for me to still live my life and make sure im pouring from a cup that is full and not half empty.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was coming in town and I wanted to show her the best time ever, my itinerary would be filled with great eats, beautiful scenery, fun activities and a boat ride and jet skiis. We would visit the Wynwood Art District to bask in the rich culture and gaze at the beautiful art murals. The art murals there make the best background for the perfect picture. Its a must for us to stop by sugar factory & experiment with the different smoking goblet drinks they have to offer! Visiting the selfie museum would be a fun experience as well! I love the ocean and have always wanted to go on one of the boat rides, so that would be a must for me and my best friends before she leaves as well!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would definitely love to give a huge shoutout to anyone who encouraged me to pursue my dreams! Anyone who has taken the time to support me in anyway whether it was a purchase or even something simple such as a like or share. I am blessed to have such supportive people in my life ranging from my mother, my loved ones (@TKonDemand and Jahhel), and my friend Serena who has her own platform (@serenabradshaw). As everyone, sometimes I doubt my abilities but I am blessed to have people around me to remind me of what I am capable of. Who knows when I would have started my graphic design page if my friend Mana didn’t encourage me! I truly appreciate all the love, support and encouragement I receive on my journey of growing my youtube channel Cash Chronicles!
