Hi Cadizsh, other than deciding to work for yourself, what was the single most important decision you made that contributed to your success?
Other than deciding to work for myself, the single most important decision I made that contributed to my success was my ability to remain disciplined. With discipline, comes accountability and responsibility, and I believe that on a consecutive basis, it is prudent for me to hold myself accountable by not only increasing my industry knowledge, specialties, and financial literacies, but by keeping my physical attributes in tip top shape. Another decision I make that contributes to my success is creating a healthy balance between my work life, and my personal time. By doing so, I am able to allow my thoughts and creativity to flourish, which not only puts my business one step forward, but also my clients journeys one step forward. It is a win, win, overall!

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
What sets me apart from others is my ability to bring extensive knowledge from multiple different perspectives regarding health & wellness. It doesn’t matter what the topic of discussion is, my knowledge allows for me to understand what challenges my clients are facing day to day while taking into account their work life habits. I do this by gathering subjective information on my client’s goals and past health history. Through this, I am able to identify the route problem, providing a healthy solution to help them achieve a happy, healthy life. This, coupled with being someone who not just talks the talk but hold self accountable in the gym to walk the walk, sets me apart from any professional in my industry. I know what it takes both psychologically and physically to get the job done efficiently. This makes me most proud of choosing my career for resilience through trial and error has helped me recognize my gift of building a rapport. I also feel very special to have so much international love and support from cultures all across the world thanks to our beautiful city of Miami-Dade. I believe through my constant efforts of giving my best no matter the circumstances has carried me so far as a professional today. I started this adult life at the age of 14. I have experienced quite a bit throughout my journey of becoming a better man. Life is not easy for anyone in today’s world, we all have to put forth some form of effort to survive day to day. What sets some from the rest is the level of effort applied every single day to achieve what it is that you desire. Those who know me say I am tough on myself but this is what works for me and what has helped me get this far. Life has taught me so much throughout my journey and I believe the most important of all is teaching others how to treat you. Never settling for the bare minimum, keeping good faith while fighting the hard right instead of the easy wrong. Life’s about exploration, I like to venture into the unknown and my curiosity has led me into a rabbit hole of infinite possibilities. The growth of me increasing my knowledge in various industries makes life a puzzle of finding the missing piece!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
The top places / things to do if someone were to visit Miami would be the following: – Outdoor work out in Margaret Pace Park – Shop in Brickell City Centre – Jet Ski in Miami Beach – Watch the sunset in South Pointe Park – Dine at Love Life Cafe (my fav vegan spot) – Visit the Design District – Dine at St Roch Market or the Citadel – Visit the Wynwood Walls – Walk down Ocean Dr

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to give 3 special shoutouts to individuals who have helped me and my business in different ways. 1. CEO Ahmad Webb for helping me increase my financial literacy as a young entrepreneur. I thank this man for not only being an amazing role model in life, but for also being a great source of insight on topics like how to get ahead financially through money management, funding, investment portfolios and passive income. 2. Creative Director Chelsea Durrant for her amazing management, content creation & event marketing skills. Chelsea has been a powerful impact on my success over the past 7 years. I can’t thank her enough for her persistent efforts at perfecting my brand’s image and overall community message. Content creation is a very time consuming position that takes a creative mind with relativity. I feel as a leader of this brand I could not have picked any better of individual to help facilitate me with this process. Chelsea, herself, has gone through an amazing 54-pound weight loss journey, so when it comes to customer relation/organization, she is the best in the business.. 3. President Roz Gorin whom I’ve known for many, many years now and hold dear to my heart. Rosalind has supported my journey as a young entrepreneur hand over fist since the start of my time. She has had a tremendous impact on my perception in not just business, but life. Through the cries, the smiles, through the ups and the downs, she has always been a shoulder to lean on. Every day I walk this earth I maintain my resilience to continue to push forward through the motivation of individuals like Rosalind. I feel like we all need that one person who has, all the wisdom, all the patience and all the love to give in abundance. As I say this, I chuckle a bit in memory of all the heart to heart moments we have had together. Rosalind Gorin most of all I thank you for accepting me for who I am and for loving me for who I am.
