We had the good fortune of connecting with Camila Romero and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Camila, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always had a strong desire to push myself professionally. I moved through different positions and companies, learning valuable lessons at each stage. However, there came a point when I felt I had reached the maximum I wanted in my current job. That’s when I decided I didn’t want to keep growing within a company; I wanted to be THE company.
This sparked my motivation to combine my passion and creativity with my marketing knowledge and experience. Leaving my corporate 9 to 5 was a big step, but I started offering consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses, and it worked out better than I had expected.
As I began to travel to explore other countries and cultures, many of which spoke different languages, I embraced the challenge. This allowed me to connect with diverse people and discover a world full of opportunities I could help with.
If there’s one positive thing the pandemic brought, it was the normalization of remote work. This made it easier to establish a fully virtual business, collaborating with talent from all over the world. As I ventured into this new path, I learned the true value of networking, which is often underestimated. I met many people who taught and supported me along the way, and those connections became crucial to my growth.
As an entrepreneur, I’ve faced fears and insecurities, but I believed so strongly in what I was doing that I decided to push forward. Now, I feel confident about the impact I can make by helping others grow their businesses. I understand perfectly what they go through because I’ve been there.
My goal is to grow my business and help my clients achieve success, while also inspiring others to pursue their own dreams. Every story proves that we can achieve so much more than we imagine.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My work is all about helping businesses grow through creativity and smart marketing strategies. I specialize in working with businesses at all stages, from entrepreneurs and startups to established companies with little or no experience in advertising, and even those who are just looking to enhance their results and take their business to the next level. Whether the goal is to expand marketing efforts, optimize systems, or introduce automation, I help businesses scale in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

What sets me apart is that I don’t believe in waiting until everything is perfect before taking action. The truth is, no one is ever fully ready, and business is always evolving. Progress comes from taking that first step and learning as you go, not from waiting for the “perfect” moment.

One of the things I enjoy most is helping businesses simplify their workflows and systems. Many clients come to me after years of relying on referrals and word-of-mouth, and they’re ready to scale or optimize their operations. I help them elevate their marketing and introduce new tools to automate processes. Technology is moving fast, and there are now incredible tools available for everything, whether it’s scheduling, customer relationship management, or marketing automation. By implementing these tools, I help businesses free up time and focus on what truly matters: making the business happen, not getting bogged down in the daily grind.

A lot of people worry that AI and automation will take their jobs, but here’s the truth: AI isn’t going to steal your job, but people who know how to use AI effectively might. That’s why I focus on teaching my clients how to leverage technology to work smarter, not harder.

Becoming an entrepreneur outside of my home country and starting a business in an unfamiliar market wasn’t easy. But I took the risk, trusted myself, and kept moving forward. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that success is less about having all the answers and more about being adaptable and resilient. You can’t control everything, but you can control how you respond to challenges.

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing the positive impact I have on my clients’ businesses. It’s not just about running ads or tweaking marketing strategies; it’s about helping them build a solid foundation for long-term growth and success. I want my brand to be known for trust, reliability, and the genuine care I put into every client relationship.

At the end of the day, my message is simple: Don’t wait for everything to be perfect. Start, learn along the way, and keep moving forward. Growth doesn’t come from knowing it all, it comes from doing, adapting, and learning as you go. And in today’s fast-changing world, those who embrace new tools and technologies will always have an advantage.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, we’re in Miami, and honestly, there’s no better place to spend a week. If my best friend were visiting from Argentina, I’d know exactly what we’d focus on: dining, shopping, and of course, the beach. Miami is full of life, cool places, and great food, so here’s how I’d plan the perfect week together.

Let’s start by kicking things off with a little stress release. Before we dive into all the fun, we’ll head to CKO Kickboxing in Brickell for an energizing class. It’s a great way to shake off any travel stress and get in the right mindset for a week of exploring. Plus, it’s a fun and powerful way to bond while getting in a good workout!

After that, we’ll be ready to relax and enjoy the city. If we’re in the mood for sushi, we’d go to Sushiclub in Brickell. It’s not just about the food (which is amazing, by the way), but the vibe is so chill and fun, perfect for enjoying great sushi with a drink. After that, we’d head up to Sugar, a rooftop bar in Brickell. The views are great, and the cocktails are always on point. You can feel the energy of the city from up there, and the music is fantastic.

For another awesome view, we’d check out Rosa Skybar, another rooftop bar in Brickell. You’ve probably seen photos of it because the views are beautiful, perfect for taking some Instagram pictures. And while we’re in the Brickell area, we’d definitely stop by Brickell City Centre. It’s a beautiful place for shopping, with lots of great restaurants to choose from, whether we’re in the mood for a casual bite or something fancier.

If we’re looking for something a little more unique, we’d head over to Wynwood. This neighborhood is full of color, energy, and some of the best street art you’ll ever see. We’d walk around and check out the murals at Wynwood Walls, explore local galleries… The vibe in Wynwood is like nothing else, lively, artistic, and just fun to walk around.

Of course, no trip to Miami would be complete without hitting the beach. We’d definitely spend a few hours soaking up the sun at South Beach, feeling the ocean breeze, and just relaxing. If we’re up for more shopping, we’d walk down Lincoln Road for some window shopping or to grab lunch. It’s one of the best spots in Miami for people-watching, and there are always cool stores and places to eat.

When it comes to food, we can’t miss Little Havana, where we can get great Cuban food, live music, and a fun atmosphere. The salsa bands always get the crowd going, so we’d end up dancing for sure.

Finally, for a little adventure, we’d head to Key Biscayne. We could rent bikes at Crandon Park and just ride around, taking in the views and enjoying the nature. For our last dinner, we’d go to The Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne, a waterfront restaurant with amazing seafood and unbeatable views of the Miami skyline.

Miami has so much to offer, and I’d make sure we hit all the must-see spots. But honestly, I’d also want to be spontaneous and let the city surprise us with new places to explore. Whether it’s a rooftop, a hidden gem for dinner, or a fun dance night, Miami’s got something for everyone. And with so much going on, we’d definitely have an unforgettable week together!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a shoutout to Fernando Andrade, who’s been an essential part of my team. His dedication and hard work have been crucial to our journey, and I’m grateful for everything he contributes to our success.
