We had the good fortune of connecting with Candice Doe and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Candice, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I feel that risk taking  is important in order to bring you true success. Without risk there is no reward. As for me I had no other choice but to take a risk. I knew I wanted to live a better life  from when I was a child and I wasn’t going to get anywhere in life by playing it safe. I have a lot of people that depend and thrive off my success. Sometimes you have to risk it all for a vision that no one else can see.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?

I’m a licensed Realtor, specializing in the South Florida area. Majority of my buyers are first generation homebuyers, which is a special reward in itself. I think what sets me apart from others is my ability to connect and relate with people. 95% of my business comes from past clients referrals and I truly become well connected even after the real estate transaction. I’m truly passionate about what I do, so that part comes easy when it comes to my business. As far as real estate, I’m proud to say I’ve had over 2.75 million dollars in sales within a short time during the challenges of COVID-19 and inflation. I think the fact that despite of market rumors and reluctance from homebuyers, I have been able to push through and achieve goals. I learned many lessons along the way but I think the lesson I learned the most was creating a balance for myself, my business and my family. Learning to prioritize and also learning its okay to take a break to live an enjoyable life.

I want the world to know that I love what I do and I always have my clients’ best interest at heart. I’m patient and willing to work with anyone that gives me the opportunity to! My goal is to assist as many families as possible and teach them how to create generational wealth through real estate.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
One thing about South Florida is we have an exciting day life, nightlife and great sightseeing overall . I would definitely take them to the Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood beach for starters and definitely do so shopping at Sawgrass Mall or Bal Harbor shops along the way. With such a diverse culture you have the opportunity to try several different varieties of food. It’s really too many food places to name but would try to have them try as many different cultural experiences in a week. As far as nightlife there’s Hard Rock Hotel and Casino and the South Beach strip to name a few. There is always something happening here, so maybe swing by a festival or fair. Let’s just say their week would be covered and they definitely would want to come back!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would have to shoutout my family for my success. Honestly if it wasn’t for them I don’t think I would be where I am today. With their love, support and sacrifice, I am truly able to focus on my brand and business.  They are the drive that pushes me because they don’t allow me to quit. They are with me to celebrate my wins and encourage me when I need a boost. I just keep pushing for them. I am forever grateful for them. They are the people behind the scenes but are truly my biggest motivation and inspiration.
