Hi Carl, what do you attribute your success to?
Honestly, I think the most important aspect of our success is putting the clients first.

When I think about something, I don’t just consider it from my point of view. In fact, I always try to think of it from the other person’s point of view first; how will it benefit them?

Based on how we communicate, I try to choose my words very carefully so that they are understandable to both laypeople and professionals.

When we deliberately approach our work and put in the effort to thoroughly plan out its execution, it will have a resounding effect beyond what we could’ve ever imagined. The power of our work is demonstrated in the ripple effects that are felt by our clients. They can’t help but share their experiences with others, thanks to how carefully considered and concisely crafted all our words become.

And by the same token, when someone starts to work with us, it makes it easier for us to train them and get them to buy into the process.

Now they can see the whole picture of what it means for the clients and how it impacts their job.

In conclusion, it’s critical to be mindful of our choice of words when we communicate with colleagues and customers – this way, positive messages are widely shared both inside and outside the organization. It’s just thinking about everyone and how it affects everyone.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
First, how much we care about the client is what separates us from other people. Then comes our competence, a byproduct of experience and formal education. We’ve been in business for five years, learning more and more as we go.

The most important lesson I have learned is to remain humble and be open to learning more. I dream of inspiring the world and promoting my brand so that people are motivated to believe, “If Carl can do this, then so can I!”

The message I want to convey is for people to trust themselves and put in the work to bring out their talent to the world. So, it’s a story about inspiration and freedom. I want the world to know that anything is possible if you are willing to take risks and put in the hard work.

I want to motivate people to pursue their dreams, no matter how hard it may seem. Believe in yourself and create your own path!

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a family guy and am not really into bars and drinking and all that stuff. But if you ask me what a fun weekend looks like, I’d say it starts with a good breakfast and a nice game of soccer with my friends. My kids are also into soccer and love it when we have a game.

My favorite pizza is the Nicole. It has Italian tomato sauce, buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes & italian parmesan.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to my family for setting the example of being a good person and giving me the foundation I needed to embark on this journey.

When advising people on finances or wealth management, I always try to think, “If this person was my mother, would I advise this to them?”

The best way to offer meaningful advice and guidance is to approach others with the same care I have for my mother. This has proven invaluable in helping me connect with people on a deeper, more compassionate level.

So, starting with my family wanting to get better gave me the perspective to help others improve. From there, I also began to treat people like family. And that has been the most important factor in my success.

My team has become an extension of my family, too. When I refer to family, I’m not just talking about those biologically related to me; it also includes all the people who have been like family along this journey. This includes everyone from friends and loyal clients alike.

I want to thank them for believing in me, and by extension, in themselves. There are too many people I could name here, but every one of them deserves to be recognized and thanked.
