We had the good fortune of connecting with Carolina Correa and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Carolina, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
Without a doubt, the habit that has helped me to be successful is DISCIPLINE ,Working hard every day for my dreams regardless of obstacles or moods is the main reason for me to be a successful person today.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The part of the process that makes me feel most proud is that when I started I did it because I was motivated by empowered women and now I give inspiration to many other women. I have come this far because I have not given up, I have been disciplined and I have been patient. It has not been easy because many times fear and insecurity made me doubt myself but working on myself, not only physically training in the gym, but also working my mind and my spirit from the inside, I have learned compassion and patience, compassion to understand others from love and patience to understand that God’s timing is perfect and that everything that has to be will be when he decides. What I want the world to know about me is that I am a person who will help you become your best version, not only physically but also mentally.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was in town I would take her to Deer Island in Winthrop, it’s a beautiful place to walk run bike and at the same time enjoy a beautiful view, I would also take her to eat at Mission on the Bay in Swampscott and which also has a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset, for me these places are interesting because I love the view of the city and sea, they are places where you can feel relaxed and have pleasant conversations under incredible sunsets
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to acknowledge that the success in my career as a trainer and as a bodybuilder has been initially thanks to the fact that I have been inspired by incredible women throughout my life. In gratitude to them, I want to dedicate and recognize the work and empowerment of women, to them and to my family and friends who have supported me throughout my career
