We had the good fortune of connecting with Carolina and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Carolina, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Being an influencer was great. I loved connecting with my audience, but I still felt like I wasn’t really growing the community I was looking for. I wanted to do more in this world and help others. I have always struggled with mental health, and I thought that was going to be my life forever. I really saw no way out of it. I’ve been in and out of psychiatric hospitals until one day I said, “something has to change.” I worked every single day on my mindset, my thoughts, and then I found something called manifestation.

This completely changed my life, it took a long time and hard work, and of course I still struggle some days but I’m finally free from that hole I was in. I don’t recognize that person that was so sick. I was able to manifest health, an amazing husband, being an influencer, a model and now Im manifesting this new chapter of my life which is to help other people with mental health issues, to show them that even though it may be a bit harder to manifest their dream life, THEY CAN!

This business is all about being in your power and showing your mind that you can do it! You can live the life you’ve always wanted. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress.

What should our readers know about your business?
I have been able to grow my brand as an influencer and I love it, I love creating content but now I am focusing on helping others. My project is called Manifest Through the Chaos. My business is all about how people that are struggling with mental health CAN manifest their dream life.

What sets me apart from the rest is that most people just talk about “manifest this and manifest that..” but rarely they talk about the fact that in order to be able to manifest correctly you need to regulate your nervous system. That’s step #1. If you don’t have your emotions under control, you will most likely self-sabotage, and you will think that manifestation doesn’t work, but it does you just have to take the right steps to get there.

I’ve been there and I came out on the other side. If I can do it…anyone can.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’m new to Miami, but I definitely love the vibe and what the city offers. I love going to cute cafes around the city so I think first of all I will take my friend to Miami Design District to the Dior cafe and to walk around in the district. I would take them out on a boat or yacht around the downtown area. Wynwood area for some latin music dancing. Oh, and I have a pastry chef background so for sure one of my favorite spots is Bachour Miami for their amazing pastries.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give recognition to my husband Gonzalo Torres. He is the only person that has stood by my side. Even in the darkest days, and thanks to him I have been able to grow and become the woman that I am today. Thank you.

Another shoutout to the first course I took that completely shifted my mindset from Marco Antonio Regil. That is what started everything.
