Hi Catuska, what role has risk played in your life or career?
I am convinced that in order to achieve your goals, you have to take risks and step out of your comfort zone. Risk has always had a positive impact on my life, turning me into a person with a lot of strength.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a committed realtor who is passionate about what I do. I specialize in carefully identifying the needs of my clients to achieve that smile and happiness that fills me with pride and excitement. My achievements were accomplished through hard work, discipline, and perseverance. It was not easy, but neither was it impossible. I overcame the challenges by occupying my mind with positive thoughts. I have learned that in life, after every ‘no’, there is a ‘yes’. I want the world to know that anything you set your mind to can be achieved with perseverance.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Miami is a wonderful and diverse place. A boat ride through the Miami Bay, a bike ride to the Key Biscayne lighthouse, a walk through Wynwood, a visit to the beautiful beaches of South Point, shopping, Brickell and more

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First and foremost, to my children who are the driving force that propels me every day. To my beloved husband who is my mentor, to my brother-in-law Carlos who has full confidence in my abilities, and to my coaches in the C5 group who constantly nourish me with education, consistency, and discipline
