Meet Cedia Dallas | Founder and President of ‘N Good Company

We had the good fortune of connecting with Cedia Dallas and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Cedia, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Starting ‘N Good Company came from a genuine desire to create more inclusion and community in Miami. The three of us were born and raised here, and as we got older, we noticed a lack of intentional social spaces for like-minded women. We didn’t just want to create another group centered around nightlife—we wanted something deeper. Our thought process was rooted in the idea of building a space that blends meaningful impact with fun and connection. We envisioned a community where women could support one another, contribute to the betterment of our city, and still enjoy themselves in a real and lasting way.

What should our readers know about your business?
‘N Good Company is a women-led non-profit rooted in community, connection, and impact. We were born and raised in Miami, and we started this organization to create intentional spaces for like-minded women to gather, grow, and give back. What sets us apart is our focus on cultivating real connections—not just social events for the sake of networking or partying, but gatherings that inspire purpose, foster community service, and empower women to support one another.
One of the biggest lessons we’ve learned is that impact doesn’t have to be huge to be meaningful. Small, consistent efforts—when done with heart—can shift a whole culture. We want the community to know that ‘N Good Company is more than just a social group; it’s a family. It’s a space where women feel seen, supported, and inspired to be the change they wish to see.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting Miami for a week, we’d start with the city’s incredible food and nightlife. One of our first stops would be Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Wynwood for bold flavors, great drinks, and a lively vibe. Then we’d head to Thank You It’s Friday at Red Rooster in Overtown—an absolute must for good music, dancing, and unforgettable energy.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Jasmine Moore and Keyondra Jordan deserve just as much recognition for helping bring ‘N Good Company to life. The three of us have been friends since elementary school, and building this non-profit together has been incredibly meaningful. Their support, creativity, and dedication have made the startup journey not only possible but truly enjoyable.
