Meet Chandra Cardelli | CPT | RYT | Wellness & Movement Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chandra Cardelli and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chandra, what matters most to you?
At the heart of everything I do—whether it’s personal training, teaching yoga, or creating wellness content—are the values of authenticity, empowerment, and consistency.
Authenticity matters because people don’t need another filtered version of wellness; they need something real, something they can feel—physically and spiritually. I believe in showing up as I am and encouraging others to do the same, whether they’re on a yoga mat or just trying to take better care of themselves. When we connect with what’s real for us, the true transformation can begin—from the inside out.
Empowerment is what drives my work. I want people—especially women—to feel strong in their bodies, clear in their minds, and grounded in their energy. Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all: it’s about meeting each person where they are. Every body is different and deserves a personalized, compassionate approach. I love helping others connect—or reconnect—with their bodies in ways that feel supportive, empowering, and true to them.
Consistency is what makes transformation possible. It’s not about perfection; it’s about showing up day by day, choice by choice, even when it’s hard or uncomfortable. That’s where real growth happens.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
My career has been a beautiful evolution—rooted in movement, mindfulness, and the belief that true wellness starts from within. I’m a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and wellness coach, and what sets me apart is how I blend those worlds together to support the mind, body, and spirit.
It hasn’t always been easy. Building a business, staying true to my voice, and learning to value my time and energy all came with lessons—but they’ve made me more resilient, more grounded, and more intentional about the kind of impact I want to make.
I’m most proud of the clients and community I’ve built, the transformations I’ve witnessed, and the way I’ve grown through each season—personally and professionally. My brand is about showing up with authenticity and making wellness accessible, empowering, and deeply nourishing for everyone. I want people to know that it’s never too late to start over, strengthen your body, reclaim your peace, or rewrite your story.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friends were visiting Miami, I’d make sure they had a week filled with fresh air, sunshine, delicious food, movement, and local gems.
If it’s basketball season, we’re absolutely catching a Miami HEAT game—there’s nothing like that energy. We’d take a morning walk at Museum Park, then swing by Apple A Day for an organic cold-pressed juice and head to the beach. South Pointe is one of my favorite spots: toes in the sand, a dip in the ocean (especially on a low tide day), or a peaceful walk along the paved path that stretches for miles.
Since Korean food is one of my favorites, I’d take them to Fuchai Fusion Korean Restaurant—their japchae is a must. We’d spend a day exploring Wynwood—from graffiti art and galleries to local shops, bars, and restaurants. For a little shopping, we’d head to the Design District for a more curated experience.
Another favorite spot is Walrus Rodeo—absolutely worth a reservation. For breakfast or a midday treat, Marie Blachère Bakery & Café is a go-to. Their pain au chocolat is as authentic as it gets, and the matcha latte is surprisingly good!
One evening, we’d take a sunset yoga class at Bayfront Park—there’s something magical about flowing outdoors with the city skyline in view. After class, we’d walk over to enjoy the newly renovated fountain, which lights up beautifully at night.
And if there’s time, we’d head down to Key West for a night or two. It’s a vibe—laid back, colorful, and perfect for bike riding, soaking in nature, and light exploration. It’s the kind of place that resets you in the best way.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There’s no way I’d be where I am without the love and support of my family and close friends. Their encouragement, belief in me, and steady presence through every high and low have meant everything.
From cheering me on in my career to grounding me in moments of doubt, they’ve helped shape the woman I’ve become—personally and professionally. This journey isn’t one I walk alone, and I’m endlessly grateful for their faith in me, their wisdom, and the strength they continue to share with me.
