We had the good fortune of connecting with Chardeline Vigne and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Chardeline, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Honestly it was a fun and exciting, I didn’t think too much of it at all. I didn’t ask no one for their opinion to start investing in Real Estate, I just trusted my gut & DID IT. Making money has always been fun to me, Real Estate was something new to me and the truth really is I needed something new at that very moment. I wanted to be challenged & I wanted to prove to myself that I if I can sell $1Million dollars of True Religion Jeans, I could sell more than $1Million plus of Real Estate too, but this time for myself.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Real Estate will always bring you a good ROI as long as you know your numbers. My Business specialize in helping investors, builders, and developers acquire real estate such as fixer upper properties, multi-family units, starter homes, vacant land to build or hold for future gains. What sets me apart is my consistency when it comes to getting my clients the results they need. I believe nothing is unattainable, it’s just a matter of time and positioning.

I also, specialize in assisting Sellers by purchasing their property with cash only and no financing. There are no commissions involved and we typically close within 30 days or less.

I am very proud of the results I have gotten my clients, the trust they have in my company’s ability to keep my word and I am most proud of my 6 years in business as a minority, as one of the few woman primarily working with investors.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well, to be honest I’m a homebody, lol. However I would say let’s walk the strip from Sunny Isles to Golden beach for a nice workout. Smoothie right after. Then go to Bal Harbor and have lunch at Mokoto. I love their food and just the vibe over there. Next we may do some shopping but later on that night, we’re going to eat some duck at the stunning Komodo. The food, the music, and the drinks there are so worth it. If you haven’t been, I would highly suggest. I would suggest going to Swan in Design District and exploring midtown.

I would also be going to the local Whole Foods market to grab some ingredients to cook a nice surf & turf with Lamb Chops, Lobster and Salmon. Just a few to name.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
God. It may sound cliche however if it wasn’t for God’s had on my life and his presence being felt every good and bad time, I can’t even imagine where I would be mentally, physically, emotionally, financially, and personally. Since I was little God made his presence known and he is the reason I am where I am today. Faith, hard-work and determination is my Godly formula to surviving through life and thriving in my business. So, I give him all the glory, not a little credit.
