Hi Charli, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Risk is the cost of opportunity! I’m a firm believer in no risk no reward . Me taking a risk to leave my career in law enforcement has allowed me to be a 7 Figure Entrepreneur. In order for me to even get the opportunity to have this blessing I had to take the risk . Against all odds , calculate my probability of winning and make it happen. I don’t have not 1 regret from taking a risk and betting on myself

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am Charli Nikia, founder of Charli Nikia Enterprises and I am versed in the world of business and real estate. I have been an entrepreneur since February 2015. Literally built my business from the ground up starting out in the credit world , which I leveraged my relationships with the bank to build my Short Term Rental Business. This journey has been hard af going from Paychecks to Profits! I learned so many valuable lessons along the way while mutually breaking generational curses . I had to change my mindset about money , taxes , credit and investing . One valuable lesson I learned since the inception of getting started is dreams are killed in the Breakroom and the Bedroom ..so I don’t accept business or financial advice from anyone that doesn’t do business bigger than me . What sets me apart is that I know what’s it like to be broke and literally pull crawl your way to success . I’m not somebody out here just telling you info I’ve googled this had literally been a trail and error journey . The crazy part is that the more success I have encountered on this journey the harder it gets lol so absolutely nothing has been or is getting easier . Million Dollar plays require building a bad ass team to duplicate yourself and making some tough decisions.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Were starting out with a chartered Yatch in the beautiful Miami Waters . Have a bite at Kiki on the River and end with a glass of wine on the rooftop of Sugar at East . Day 2 we’re heading to Millionaires Row in design district to do some world class shopping at Chanel , Fendi and Dior before heading to have a quick bite at The Dior Cafe !
The get out the sexy honey because it’s Dinner and Drinks at none other than Sexy Fish .
We can’t even get our next Day started without getting dressed in our cutest flower dresses and have breakfast at Little Hen with the most beautiful breakfast backdrop .
Up next , a girl day of getting pampered with a relaxing message at the Mandarin Oriental .
You cannot visit Paradise and not have a day at the beach and some jetskiing and parasailing.

We not only doing the rich sh*t we’re going to The Hood to check out Trick Daddy’s Sundays Eatery for some fried ribs .
I hope you like Basketball because it’s Miami Heat Baby
Next Day I have to hit my business partner and mentor Rick Ross so we can check out a Miami Dolphins game in the Belaire Suite

Can’t leave the city before hitting up a Day Party at The Urban after brunch at The Red Rooster
O yea that I forget about Club Liv on Sunday
