Meet Chris Dietz | Remote Sales Staffing Compay

We had the good fortune of connecting with Chris Dietz and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Chris, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
When I decided to start my own business, I realized the most important step was simply to begin. I didn’t overanalyze every small detail or wait for the perfect moment—I focused on what I had at my fingertips: social media. I knew I could use it as a tool to promote, connect, and most importantly, drive revenue. Rather than get stuck in the mechanics—websites, logos, or perfect systems—I took action. My thought process was rooted in momentum. I knew that if I waited for things to be perfect, I’d never start. The key was to promote consistently, get in front of people, and deliver value from day one. Everything else could be built along the way.

What should our readers know about your business?
What I’ve discovered is that starting a business is actually a lot more straightforward than most people think. The hardest part is committing to it mentally and emotionally. Once you’re all in, the rest becomes manageable. The core of my business is built on relationships. That’s the most important lesson I’ve learned. Relationships are more valuable than any paycheck. They determine the long-term health of your business, your brand, and your life.
Your image—what you post online, how you show up in public, and the people you choose to surround yourself with—shapes your trajectory more than any single strategy or hustle. I believe that if you focus only on the money or the next paycheck, you’re already setting yourself up to lose. Sales is everything. Every interaction is either building trust or tearing it down. If you’re not learning, growing, and sharpening your sales ability daily, you’re leaving opportunity on the table. To me, business is a vehicle for impact, and the currency of that impact is connection.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If I had a friend visiting, I’d want them to experience a blend of Miami’s energy and my daily routine. I’d definitely start by taking them out to dinner in Brickell—somewhere with a great atmosphere, maybe Komodo or Dirty French, where the energy matches the ambition of the city. I love mixing productivity with fun, so we’d also go for a morning run or hit the soccer field for a few games. I believe in staying active—it sharpens the mind and sets the tone for the day. After that, we’d probably head into a coworking space or hit a meeting, because even when I’m hosting, I keep the work flowing. It’s all about balance and showing people how I live my life at full throttle—intentionally, productively, and with purpose.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to give a huge shoutout to my church, the Church of Scientology. The knowledge and tools I’ve gained through my studies there have been instrumental in shaping my mindset, discipline, and work ethic. What I’ve learned isn’t just theoretical—it’s practical information that I apply every single day in my business and life. It’s given me clarity, purpose, and the ability to take massive action with confidence. The principles I’ve learned help me stay grounded, focused, and constantly evolving, and I’m truly grateful for that foundation.
