We had the good fortune of connecting with Christopher Lardner and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Christopher, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Risk is something I’m fortunately able to do more than others. I’m 26, no kids, no wife, and I’m able to take risks on a daily. I’m able to quit my jobs and take the leap into the entrepreneurial world. My most recent risks were quitting my job and taking on real estate full time.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Manifestation is something I’ve come to believe in as of late. Not just wishing and praying and hoping it comes true. But deciding what you want in life and then working as hard as you can to put yourself in those positions. That’s my definition of manifestation and I feel it’s helped me over the last year.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Since I’m avid golfer I would definitely schedule a round of golf at the biltmore. For nighttime, I would recommend a visit to one of Miami Beach top clubs like LIV or Story.. Some restaurants I would go to would be fratelino, maybe a run to coconut grove farmers market, or a nighttime bite at gramercy.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I dedicate my success as of late to self development. The books, podcasts, YouTube videos I watch to keep my head right. From Tony Robbins, Tom Ferry, to Lewis Howes I am constantly watching to learn how to control my mind and keep it positive. I have watched so many podcasts that they are pretty much engrained in me so I use them as a tool to get back to the basics when I feel off. Books include habits of highly successful people, sell or be sold, and personality plus.
