We had the good fortune of connecting with Colette Santo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Colette, what do you attribute your success to?
I am innately compassionate and driven to help others live a better quality of life. I have years of experience being intuitive, educated and motivated. My motivation is contagious in the best possible way.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Successful Serenity Inc. is a business that allows anyone who feels alone, misguided, bullied, harassed, abused, depressed or anxious, a place to turn to when the feeling of hope is gone. We will RESTORE that hope together. I’m far from your average coach/counselor/teacher. I have had extreme experiences that have molded me into a specific instrument to be able to help others. It is my responsibility to help those in need.

I practice what I preach for all the right reasons. I have been alone, discarded and left to a place of darkness but I rose from all of that and I know that others have had to have had similar experiences so I want to be the light in the dark for those in need.

I studied academically as well in order to fill certain gaps of education that you may not experience on the “street” per se. I believe mental health to be imperative to our lives and I want to help any single person who asks or needs it.

The world can be cruel especially to those with mental health disorders or conditions, I can relate and I can empathize. Let’s work together!!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
For a late evening out in Miami, I would say go to Mango’s Restaurant. It is an experience all its own. While in the area, take a stroll passed the former Versace Mansion or walk down Washington Ave. During the day, have lunch on Collins ave in South Beach and walk north along the ocean watching the tourists and locals intertwining their daily lives.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My shoutout is for Marlinda Spark and Jeanne Mirabile. I never had a support system during my times of need early on in my life however now as an adult, these 2 women have given me strength and love to continue my journey. So to go from no support to excellent support is a blessing and they deserve the acknowledgement.
