We had the good fortune of connecting with Cristiane Da Silva and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Cristiane, we’d love to hear more about your end-goal, professionally.
My goal is to be a successful business woman. As a new business we are launching Total Help Immigration Services the success will not be a synonym of richness but the opportunity to help our countrymen to live the American Dream as I we are living right now, as Kris Doces Florida the success is give to the customers the feeling of being closer to our country and traditions when they hire us to make their parties.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
It is so pleasant to talk about our business, it’s good to see a business growing, when I say the name of my company and people around me say: oh! so are you kris from Kris Doces Florida? they keep saying: I tried your cakes or food before is priceless and then I ask them what they most appreciate on my products they say: I can’t believe how the sugar balance is perfect on your cakes and they are so moist and fluffy it tastes very great. This is what set us apart from others, I’m proud to hear all the feedbacks from my customers and I’m always excited about the next cake challenge, behind every cake or catering has one story, has one dream and being part of those dreams coming true and the opportunity to see their eyes shining of happiness is the best part of our job.

To get here was not easy, I started about 11 years ago when I was still living In Brazil, I grew up seeing my mother and my grandfather making cakes and candies for parties, they are my inspiration. As soon as moved to United States I decided to continue working in the pastry industry but I had to start over and it was so hard to adapt and little by little I could overcome the challenges. I have learned that there is no difficult tasks if we make effort and dedication to accomplish the goal.

I want to share with everyone that when I got here I didn’t speak any word in English, one day I felt so frustrated that I couldn’t communicate and I started a English Couse with the best teacher I ever had and after 3 months studying I realized that I was speaking English, learn English helped me to get customers of many nationalities. Also I had to adapt my way to work to American way without disappointing the Brazilian Community, in conclusion I had to study English, different techniques to make cakes and sweets. Today we also offer catering, our customers can save time and money when they choose us to cater their parties, our brand ( my husband’s and mine) is known in South Florida and Central Florida and ready to go further .

Now we are prepared to take the next step to help and support our community to achieve their American Dream offering Immigration Services at Total Help in Deerfield Beach.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First of all I want to dedicate this moment to God, because without him I could not be here talking with all of you. Also I Wanna be thankful for the best man in my life/career (My Husband and my partner), since I met him, he started to support me and helping me always when I need, He is also my mentor when I need to take decisions and for sure his love and encouragement make me feel confident to running my business and to launch in a journey of a new upcoming business. I can not forget the people who have been praying for me since I started in the business world, I would also like to thank my mom and grandfather who taught me the basics of what I know about my pastry business today. To all our customers, I want to say a special thank you so much for supporting and trusting our job and stay tuned to the news about our new business coming up soon.
