Hi Cristiane, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Stay focused on the goal. Success takes time, takes patience and takes dedication and consistency. Success does not come overnight, success is a marathon race you need to practice everyday, study your competitor, and never look back, when you learn it you are ready to grow, success is be confident on what you do. People trusts people who are confident on their tasks. The most important secret is: Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid. Do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Total Help has more than 22 years of experience in helping immigrants in US to achieve their dreams with more than 140.000 success cases. Total Help works referring lawyers in many areas in United States. Also assists in filling out immigration forms such as: visa extension, marriage petition, change of status and naturalization.

We also have a team who provides assistance to prepare Tax Returns, Business Opening, Company’s Tax ID, and Personal Tax ID (ITIN).

Total Help Deerfield Beach Branch is operating in the same location for more than 15 years, today we are a reference among the Brazilian/Latin Community, and we have clients all over the country, Brazil, Europe, Asia and South America.

My husband and I bought the branch in Deerfield Beach in January 2022, the company has more than 22 years in the market, we had all trainings from the company and it made our way easier, also we have a team group where we can find support for our business needs, however the most difficult time for us is to keep the reputation of the company and keep our customers happy and satisfied with our work and don’t let them forget that Total Help is still here to help them. Our clients are very loyal, they always referrer us to their family, friends and they spread our brand to the community.

The big lesson we have learned is that we need to have our ears wide opened to listening some clients with hurt feelings because of the situation that their relationship was gone, and in this case we need to be very careful to help them to fill out their papers divorce. We have been learning how to treat each person, because before being our costumers they are a person with feelings and dreams and we are here to help them to make it come true.

Our brand started 22 years ago by an immigrant woman pursuing her dream, today we (my husband and I) are pursuing our dream to help our community to reach their goals in life.

I want to let the world know that the American Dream is real and it is for the brave people who strive to achieve it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my best friend to a weekend in Fort Myers, where we can enjoy exuberant beaches with crystalline and warm waters.

If we stay in the city, I would take them to Manolo’s Bar for a dinner, they have great Brazilian food, Sandwich from Marcos Top Burgers, Ice Cream from Kilwins and a sushi night at Ichyami Buffet & Sushi.

Hang out at Shooters on a Saturday evening enjoying a great view of boats sailing and tasting coconut shrimp or Ahi tuna Bowl.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First of all I want to thank God for all kindness to me. There are so many people who have helped me achieved the success. My husband is the one who always hold me up and never let me fall, he is my eyes when I can’t see, he supports my ideas but show me what and how it could be better, without him I couldn’t reach the success.

And for last but not less important I want to give a special thank you to our amazing customers who always trust us and for referring our business, without their fidelity and kindness our company wouldn’t exist for so many years.
