Hi Danielle, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
For me, risk always brings excitement to life. In this point in my life, I see it as a necessity. We only have one life, sure you can settle for the good life, but what about the great life? You cannot truly know the possibilities of what it is that you can accomplish if you do not risk trying. As scary as it can be some days, it is always worth it. You either win or you learn. I don’t see any failure when it comes to risk, because taking the chance itself is already a win on its own. The risks that I have taken, starting this business for example, have always brought some form of personal growth. I am committed to being a life long learner, I want to grow. I want to change & develop. How could you do that without risk?

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
This business has been a massive blessing in my life. It is a huge building block for a larger vision and dream. I do my best to treat every one of my clients like they were my own family. I clean their home with a certain type of love & care that I would give to my own family. I try to remember birthdays, important dates, favorite snacks and treat my clients on those days. It is more to me than just providing a service. To me it’s adding value to people who trust me with their home. To me, it’s caring for people in a way that brings joy and peace to their home. I’m proud of the way I took the leap of faith. Most people live their whole lives without trying something risky and out of their comfort zone. I’ve been learning through all the mistakes I have made a long the way and it has been very rewarding. Any endeavor with risk is never easy, so no it certainly has not been easy. But when the reason for why you do something is that important, what you do becomes easy. I overcome my challenges through my faith in God. He’s the rock I stand on and He is why I do everything I do. He makes the best business partner too. I think some of the biggest lessons I have learned along the way is that integrity is so important. Always treat people well, despite how they treat you. Unfortunately, as a business owner y0u cannot make everyone happy, but you can always treat them with respect. There is no substitute for hard work. It’s a simple formula for success, treat people well and work harder than you ever have. It’s not always easy but it is simple. This business gave me an opportunity to add value to my community and impact people while earning an income. The vision from the beginning was to impact people, even in a small way. I love people, I will always have a heart for people. This business has given me the beautiful opportunity to create community and serve people in their most cherished place, their homes.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Honestly, my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ. Without Him, I am nothing and I have nothing. He is my everything.
