We had the good fortune of connecting with David Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi David, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
I have two favoritequotes from the same peom, called solitude.

“Laugh, and the world laughs with you;
Weep, and you weep alone” and

“Rejoice, and men will seek you;
Grieve, and they turn and go”

Both of these quotes helped me in my darkest time. Anytime I start to feel discourage, i often quote one of those. I We as people often go through the roughest time of our live alone, but when things are good everyone seems to be around. The quote helped me realize that somethings you HAVE to go though ALONE. It make you a better and wiser person. The one that love you will always be there to celebrate at the end of the tunnel.

Im a Chicago-based artist, has been making waves in the music industry with his unique sound and diverse musical style. With influences like Tupac, Busta Rhymes, T-Pain, Future, and Young Thug, I’ve been able to created a sound that is both melodic and traditional rap. I would describe my music as a “slice of life” approach, and my lyrics are known for conveying messages of hope, love, and reality

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We going to the west loop Greek town in chicago. I’ve had some of my best times there. Good food, good music, great places to drink. Then the South loop, go to the beach. Eat at the signature room, and enjoy the great view of the city.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Shout out to Anon filmz, and Complx 2010 studio. Those two at times have been a rock for me. Those two relationships goes beyond business.
