We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana Castro and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diana, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting my business was simple. I was not happy doing the corporate thing.

I was not moving forward. I felt stuck. I knew that I was created for more. I refused to become complacent. I reviewed my options in my industry, and the answer was clear.
I need it to create my own company, I needed to follow my heart, dreams, and purpose.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Most businesses are confused and feel overwhelmed about how to stay consistent online. Well, we help businesses successfully share their story and create consistent online videos. So they can get on with doing the things they’re good at like growing their business.

The name of our business is For Productions. We’re a small but powerful Video Production Company. We work with heart-centered organizations, leaders, and change-makers. Or like we like to call them “small businesses that have big hearts.”

With just 4 steps, we create video content and systems that make video marketing practical and sustainable for any small business.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
It would depend on the person, and the experience they are looking for.

With that said, we enjoy a good conversation with amazing food. A great restaurant we love and enjoy is Adrian’s Restaurant. Her food is AMAZING and this is something that will definitely create a nice memory.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It takes a village to build a business. I would like to thank many, many people that have made it possible for our business to grow and prosper.

The first person I need to thank is my husband and partner in business, Rodrigo Tirapegui.
He is the wind beneath my wings. He believed in this business dream of mine. He stood by my side in the toughest moments of the growing pains of being in business.
The next person that comes to mind is my mom; She has been there helping me with my girls. This has made it easy for us to keep moving forward.
Also, a big fat thanks to my many digital mentors. Marie Forleo, James Wedmore, Jen Sincero, Simon Sinek, Brene Brown. Their work, teachings, books, and programs have shaped my entrepreneurial journey in ways that they can not imagine.
And, last but not least. people like Luly B, Frank Irias,

Shonté Jovan Taylor, and Nadine Antinew are blessings in this entrepreneurial journey.
