We had the good fortune of connecting with Diana Suarez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Diana, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
My work is about connecting our clients with their dream home. It’s where they will live and create their memories. Buying a home is also one of the largest investments most American’s will make in their life. It can be stressful if you don’t have someone to help you. We help guide clients through the search process, making sure to find what fits their needs and their lifestyle. We help connect them to the community by showing them what the area has to offer. Our job is to take the stress out of home buying and make it a happy and exciting experience.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Realtors in Miami have a bad rep. They’re known for being pushy, shady sales people.

We make it our mission to connect with clients and listen to what they need. Buying or selling a home can be an emotional experience. We want our clients to feel confident and happy with their decision. We are quick and efficient as well as patient when we need to be. We’re always honest and conduct ourselves professionally so that our clients know they can trust in us to get the job done the right way. We’re easy to contact so no one is left frustrated and wondering what is going on with the deal. By the end of the transaction they’re not just another client, they are a friend.

Setting high standards for business has allowed us to make more connections because our clients can feel our authenticity and our passion for real estate. This has granted us to grow and maintain everlasting friendships. Staying up to date with current events so we can best advise on the current market is also very important. We want the world to know that we are Miami’s Best Realtor Team.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
The great thing about Miami is that there are so many awesome fun places to visit. Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Bayside, Downtown, Little Havana, Wynwood, Design District, Miami Beach, Doral, Aventura, Pinecrest. It’s also a short drive to Key West for some island feels. Each borough has it’s own unique style and offers amazing food from all over the world with different activities to do. I would make sure we visit every one of these boroughs.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There are so many people who have helped me along my way. My professors and classmates at Florida International University, my bosses and coworkers at Altis Cardinal, my group at Elite Realty Brokerage, and my dad who has always believed in me. Special shoutout to my mentor, Senia Rowley, who has been amazing in helping me find my way and teaching me not just about real estate but life too.
