We had the good fortune of connecting with DJ LEEOR and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi DJ LEEOR, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factors in my success are my love for music, sharing music with others, and understanding the vibe and atmosphere I need to create as a DJ by reading the crowd and the room perfectly. Also, I have no ego, and I am a very easy DJ/person to work with.
As a DJ, I can play in front of any crowd, size, and play any style of music.
As a company, we are full-service music, and clients can book any live musician/band with us.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I’m a DJ. I love music, I love to share music with the people on the dance floor, and I like to make people dance and smile. The begging wasn’t easy. No one knew me, and not many bookings, but I believed in myself and my vision, and I never gave up until I got to where I wanted to be. NEVER give up on your dream/s. I started L R Entertainment with only myself as a DJ, and today we are a very well-known and respectful full-service music and entertainment company in South Florida. Be patient. Things will happen if you work hard and believe in yourself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I will take him defiantly to the Florida keys. To Fort Lauderdale. To South Beach. To dance in club space, to eat at any Cuban restaurant.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I got inspired by many DJs (Carl Cox, Benny Benassi, for example) I got inspired by Gary V (later in my career )
But my moto of life was very clear from day one:
To do what I like and be a nice person to the world.
