Hi DOMINIQUE, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Trust is the force that moves relationships. I think that people can have a lot of technical knowledge, but if they are not trustworthy, their results will not be sustainable over time. Confidence is a skill that can be worked on and developed; not only from the character and the essence, also from the behaviors, the competences and the results. In personal and professional life, progress is faster when there are high levels of trust; processes are slower when confidence is low; Therefore, if we want others to trust us, we must consciously work on our levels of self-confidence and on the best way to extend trust to others.

Currently in the world many of the conflicts between organizations and countries are due to low levels of trust and because the paradigm is win-lose. An agreement is best closed when an environment of high trust is generated, some behaviors that show that someone is trustworthy would be: they think win-win; The interests of each party are respected, there are no hidden interests, you treat all people with the same respect, you speak the truth and you can show with results that you are trustworthy.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am a woman, married and the mother of two beautiful daughters; lover of dogs and nature; Business administrator and I was in multinationals for almost 20 years in the marketing area managing brands and marketing teams; One day I was invited to work in an international leadership firm and this divided my life; From this experience began a process of study of different authors, methodologies, themes, all connected with leadership; I understood the importance of people of all profiles working to be the leaders of their lives and to lead others; it is necessary to learn to lead our own lives; Our life must be the result of our choices and not of circumstances; i developed my own methodologies; that I teach in my workshops and conferences; I have participated in Spanish-speaking international television programs; I have written a book which is already finished but has not yet been published; my life purpose has to do with helping others achieve their personal and professional results; help others to review their purpose and be the only leaders in their life. The last 10 years I have reached thousands of people in conferences and workshops; It has not been an easy road; because unfortunately these soft skills; (Leadership, Productivity, Purpose of life, Communication; teamwork, among others), people do not connect them with the results and it is what has the greatest impact on the results; which makes it difficult for people to work on themselves; Today I continue to develop content through my workshops; conferences and social networks; I believe that a life without purpose is a life wasted; so I continue to live my purpose step by step teaching skills so that people can transform their lives and achieve their results; I finally understood that happiness means living with purpose while enjoying the journey.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take him to the sea; I would make a quiet trip with little noise and a lot of reflection; It would be wonderful to share the beautiful beaches that Florida has; we could enjoy a delicious sea food; nothing better than a casual conversation surrounded by nature; We could take a boat ride where we could see whales and dolphins swimming around us. On another day I would like to go to a good restaurant according to my friend’s preferences, listen to Latin music to dance and sing; which also relaxes the soul.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
It’s true, nobody gets to achieve something alone! I would like to give special recognition to my first leaders: my parents from whom I learned the value of work and the importance of family. To the leaders that I have had throughout my professional career who shaped in me the professional that I am today. To the thousands of people who have listened to my workshops and conferences; because the best way to learn is by teaching; Thanks to consultants like Stephen Covey, Robin Sharma; that inspired me to discover my life purpose.
