We had the good fortune of connecting with Dr Linda Joseph and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dr Linda, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
It was never in my thoughts to start a business. I still don’t see it that way even now. I have been privileged to be in a position where others have reached out to me to for advice and guidance. I have mentored young people and women by sharing my own personal story, and because of this, it has created a welcoming atmosphere where people can share their experiences with me and I’ve been able to help them make decisions on how to navigate their way forward.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
People have told me over and over that they like speaking to me and that they would walk away with so much clarity. I treat people how I would want to be treated. I truly want each person to succeed.
What sets my work apart from others is the unique individual approach to personal and spiritual development. The mentorship program is rooted in practical spiritual principles and guided by more than 20 years of study and application. The results speak for itself in the lives of the people whose lives have been transformed.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day One: Let’s start the week off with a massage at Bamboo wellness massage spa and lunch afterwards at any restaurant of choice near the beach of Fort Lauderdale; then spend the rest of the day catching up on you and what you’ve been up to.
Day Two: Brunch me, I love brunches, so today let’s head over to Jets Run Away Cafe and afterwards find a few spots along sightseeing for great selfies, it’s all laughs and giggles. Let’s put everything behind us this today we’ll talk maybe tomorrow about what’s pressing you. I’ll cook a seafood dinner or just find a spot.
Day Three: Brunch me, let’s find a spot on Las Olas, too many too choose from so let’s go in and check out a few menus and find one maybe an hour later because we really just sightseeing. I guess we’d better eat. Now talk to me because we need to get somethings said, how’s life treating you, we share wipe a few tears but we’re good. Oh my where did the time go? Find a Resturant eat a little and just observe passerby’s.
Day Four: Sleep in without an alarm, wake up refreshed and let’s wear some bright and have lunch in Mizner Park Boca then take a stroll to the beaches, go in for a swim or just let the waves hit your feet. We’re still sharing but so happy to have survived so much and enjoying life today.
Day Five: Today were shopping then getting dollied up and having dinner at Takato’s on the beach tonight. More fun and laughter no rush to head home.
Day Six: It’s Saturday sleeping in, Light lunch at Scobbies and hop on a sightseeing tour. Dinner you pick a new spot to try, but I’m choosing the color scheme with sophistication.
Day Seven: We going to Sunday worship service and I introduce you to everyone, you tell me how you miss church and totally get a breakthrough. This will definitely we the best day ever and dinner with my family.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
First and foremost, I give thanks to the lord for keeping me.
To my family, my husband and children thank you for loving me, thank you for hanging in there with me, thank you for your love and support. After God, you’re all that I have; you are my most prized possession.
To my friends and most especially Rochelda Sicar thank you for this recommendation. My dear friends and followers thank you for being you.
To my Unity Ministries family, thank you for your prayers and support.
To my wiwa.inspiration tribe, thank you for your encouragement.
To my books Shemergence I Am She and The Shift that tells of my healing journey, writing has allowed me to have a voice and has torn down generational barriers and destroyed curses of my life. Phew child the weight is lifted.
