We had the good fortune of connecting with Earlene Isaac and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Earlene, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process for me starting my own business was to be the leader; elevating myself. Becoming my own ruler, having the boss role & living successful! Not only that but my biggest aim behind having my own company is to be financially stable and give my parents the dream life they deserve. Also, to travel more and explore new opportunities from different countries or cultures.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
Earlene the University Graduate and Earlene Classy Divaz owner are two different people. When I am in my business mode it’s strictly business, I don’t mix my characteristics  because there’s a time & place for everything. As a Chief Executive Officer I am very excited about expanding, learning new things and networking with new people. I got to this point by the Grace of God, strength, courage and the determination to become a better person. Yes, at times I feel like giving up because it’s not a doll house play pen, it’s a real life responsibility that entails seriousness! Challenges I’ve faced would be: not having enough time management, juggling both school and my business. Lessons I’ve learned along the way are too many to mention but the most important lesson I’ve learnt is to never give up on yourself; only you can direct the path for your destiny! I want the world to know my brand is for empowering women and enhancing men. The outfits & accessories in which I sell has no size limitations, I don’t put a label on individuals because I’m not judgmental I recognize & respect everyone equally as human beings. My brand is unique and international.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take them to eat at restaurants in Bal Harbor & Aventura for lunch. At dinner it would be Morton’s Steakhouse or Capital Grille. Hanging out spots are: Tootsies, Lique Lounge & Fort Lauderdale. Drinks only I’d definitely do Shots Miami and every other bar in Wynwood.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Firstly, I must give the biggest recognition to my mother and my sister who resides in Florida. Book authors Jayda Cheaves & Stormy Wellington.
