Hi Eddie Seymour and Edgar Gonzalez, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Perseverance, Discipline & Relationships

Perseverance because building a company brand from scratch takes an enormous amount of commitment, time and sacrifice, not to mention the many years it takes to create a reputable brand name that others will vouch for. For the development of a business or individual, the path forward is littered with numerous challenges that must be overcome and each small victory builds upon the last.

Discipline is the backbone of achieving any grand long-term goals. It means being able to wake up every day and perform all the small tasks, even the mundane ones, that make our business successful, By delivering on your promises with the same level of quality and punctuality over and over again, a brand is born.

With our client Relationships we aim to provide extraordinary service to each of our individual clients. Consequently, the majority of our new projects come from returning clients or our clients referring us to their friends and business associates. By becoming the go to person for a service or product, in our case architecture for multi-family projects, people will beat a path to your front door.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Our firm Flux Architects provides clients with outstanding architectural services, the ability to deliver premium design, attention to the most cost-effective materials and consideration to construction methods available to help meet client budget requirements. Our firm provides guidance and leadership for the entire team of consultants and contractors throughout the entire process; from concept to completion. This is how we help ensure the client’s peace of mind, maximize cost efficiency and maintain project timelines.

We have worked on many successful projects in the architecture industry ranging from private residences, high rises, hotels & resorts, commercial retail, industrial and government projects. Additionally, we have and continue to provide architectural services, inside & outside the country, while maintaining focus in the greater South Florida area including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Orlando and Tampa.

As our name implies, Flux (continuous change); we are constantly evolving in our pursuit to improve and build upon our previous achievements.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Since we are pretty busy during the week, we would take our friend out for a full day filled of adventure and sightseeing on the weekend.

First breakfast at La Industria (owned by Nicky Jam) which offers great meals and is located in Bayside and afterwards we can walk off the meal in Bayfront Park.

Then ride the SkyView Miami Ferris wheel which has some of the most amazing views of Miami, including Bayfront Park, intercoastal, downtown, Port of Miami, star islands, FTX Arena, etc.

Around noon take a charter on Miami Yacht Rentals at Lux for lunch and sightseeing around the Miami coastline.

Then in the late afternoon take them to the infamous Swan & Bevy in the Design District for dinner and drinks.

As a capper to the night, we would go to a Miami Heat game and hangout in the Hyde club at FTX Arena, Go Heat!

One of the first well established real estate developer clients that gave us the opportunity to work with them was Dilia Tabora with Housing Trust Group (HTG), they are the largest affordable housing developer in the state of Florida. Working with HTG has been a pleasure and we look forward to continuing to grow with them and provide outstanding service for their future projects.
