We had the good fortune of connecting with Edvardo Archer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Edvardo, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
The key to balance is giving yourself the permission to get out of balance. As time passes and new priorities present themselves, I find it most useful to give myself a window of time to allow other balls to drop while I pour more focus and resources into a new priority that I want to bring into my balanced life. After this window of time, the new priority should be a formed habit with a supporting system. This will allow the necessary automation that is crucial in maintaining work life balance.

What should our readers know about your business?
Over my last decade of work with families, it has been my passion to build bridges for families and individuals to live confidently and not be bullied by their circumstances. My practice is all about building up points of access that gives people a rolling start to getting unstuck and moving towards clarity. I am especially excited about the catalogue of YouTube videos, articles, courses and coaching products available for people to engage and get help RIGHT NOW. I also love engaging with my private online Facebook Group Community, Bridge to Parenting. It is so refreshing to walk along side people who are so driven to parent their children well. In building all of this, there have been challenges. Things like imposter syndrome, emotional exhaustion, being spread thin. In case you are working through the same challenges, here are some of the beliefs that have allowed me to navigate these challenges. 1. Just hit publish/talk/record/enter- What is seemingly nothing to you can be gold to someone else 2. Your commitment isn’t to the people, your commitment is to keep consistent to yourself 3. Document your life, do not create content 4. Do not rely on self-discipline, instead, build a disciplined environment and let it run you.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
1. Breakfast at JetRunway Cafe 2. Stop by the outdoor observatory at the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport to watch some planes land 3. Head down the Ft. Lauderdale Beach and catch the Water Taxi 4. Get off at Las Olas for lunch 5. Grab a cup of coffee at Brew Urban Cafe before heading home The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Because of my wife, I am a whole My personal wholeness is connected to a dynamic and ever growing relationship with my wife. Wholeness is an evolving goal that I achieve as the love, friendship, and partnership with my wife evolves. What makes wholeness so fulfilling is that I do not need outside forces to make me feel valid. Everything I need is in the endearing relationship that I share with my wife.
