Meet Elisa Weiner | Co-Founder Real Dreams USA, Coordinator of the Women’s Business Committee of the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce in Florida

We had the good fortune of connecting with Elisa Weiner and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elisa, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe that there’s not just one factor to achieve success. It doesn’t matter if it’s for my brand or in my personal life, it is a combination of several factors, such as perseverance, determination, dedication and honesty. Success when you really build it, you do it through a process, in which the components that I mentioned before will make that success last for a long time, even for generations, it can even become a legacy. However, if we build success over just one single factor, I’m sure it will last just a moment.
For example, dedication without honesty will make your success fleeting, and honesty alone without determination or perseverance will not be enough for you to achieve the long lasting success we are talking about.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
About my company I can tell you that REAL DREAMS USA is a company that we founded together with my husband Gustavo Arganaraz, shortly after emigrating to the United States. It arose as a result of the high demand in consultations that we had since we arrived in this country, the people who contacted us wanted to know how our emigration process had been, they asked us for help and recommendations and that led us to professionalize our advice by creating REAL DREAMS USA. We capitalized on our knowledge and experience, added to my husband’s degree in Public Accounting from the Argentine Republic, his specialization in taxes in the United States, and our title as Realtor in Florida.
All this allows us to have a general vision when advising different investors regarding the creation or acquisition of profitable businesses.
The main objective is to offer a integral solution in all the stages of these processes, from finding a property or business, setting up the company they will need to be able to make their investments, managing the accounting and tax settlement month by month and year after year of their business or personal.
We know that support is of vital importance and many times the initial kick to take that important step that means emigrating or simply investing abroad.
In addition to having the consulting firm Real Dreams USA, I coordinate the Women’s Business Committee of the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce in Florida, which seeks to be a space for action and proposals, designing and carrying out training programs and promoting networking activities to strengthen the bond between women and men of the Chamber, this Committee also has its space representing women within FEBICHAM- Federation of Binational Chambers of Commerce of Latin America in the USA- in which we actively participate in the development of the different events carried out by the Federation and on behalf of all the Chambers that compose it.
I feel extremely grateful and proud to contribute my grain of sand so that the commercial link between the US and the different Latin American countries can be more fluid and people can access valuable information and contacts that are achieved through the different trainings carried out by professionals from all over the world in our webinars and face-to-face events.
Currently, as a member of the executive team of the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce, I am developing a Trade Mission to Córdoba – Argentina – which will take place on November 3 and 4 of this year, the objective of this mission is “PROMOTE AND EXPAND BILATERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN COMPANIES FROM ARGENTINA AND THE USA”

As a reflection of life I can tell you that Nothing is easy, but I can say that I feel extremely proud of all the achievements obtained, I consider that my proactivity, management skills, commitment and self-confidence is what helped me get to where I am today.

We must never lower our arms or stay in our comfort zone, when a person wants something very much and behaves in the best way to achieve it, the goal is reached.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Florida has thousands of incredible places, but if a friend or family member came for the first time, I would undoubtedly take them to enjoy the sunsets on the beaches of Naples, I would also take them even for 2 days to the Disney or Universal parks. , but above all I would make them visit different places to have dinner, Miami has excellent restaurants, with a great variety of cuisines, I love Argentine and Italian food, but I also really enjoy Japanese food, if today I had to choose 3 places I would say : Bunbury, Makoto and Prima Pasta, but I still have thousands of restaurants to discover. One of the pleasures of life for me is to enjoy good gastronomy, so I will continue knowing and maybe in a year I will be able to tell you that my favorite places are others.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I think that in my life there are endless thanks! On every step I had taken, there have always been people or situations that led me to move towards that direction. I’ve always tried to take the best out of each experience. Despite of how challenging each situation has been, even those experiences that seemed negative at the moment, they helped me learn, evolve and develop myself to take the next step in a better way. That’s why I want to thank all the people who have always been by my side, supporting me and encouraging me to keep on dreaming and moving forward to follow those dreams. And of course, I’m also grateful for all the people and circumstances that were obstacles, as I said, they helped me to become the person I am today.
