Hi Elizabeth, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?

Great question, and thank you for having me here today. I started my firm to provide personalized hands-on support to businesses of all sizes and stages of growth. On a day-to-day basis, I speak with business owners who face competing demands on their time, attention, and financial resources.

My role is to partner with clients so they can delegate  legal issues to our team and focus instead on innovation and business expansion.

The core philosophy behind our services is that legal support should be proactive, practical, and accessible, regardless of your business’s growth stage.

What should our readers know about your business?

My specific focus is on brand protection and trademark matters. I am dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and business owners to safeguard their most valuable asset: their brand. Our firm stands out because of our combined expertise in trial advocacy, brand protection law, and a business-first mindset. This integration enables us to provide forward-thinking advice aligned with our client’s business objectives and long-term growth strategies.

Additionally, having a litigation attorney who strategizes from the outset is crucial. It significantly reduces the potential need or likelihood of facing future legal issues regarding brand protection. Our proactive approach ensures that our clients are not just reacting to challenges but are prepared for them, aligning legal strategy with their broader business goals.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?

A favorite places to bring friends is Vizcaya, where you can enjoy European-inspired architecture, beautiful gardens, and a an incredible view of the water. Visiting the main house feels like stepping into the past and is a reminder of Miami’s remarkable history and evolution.

The next stop is lunch. La Strada in the Grove is perfect for a leisurely lunch with friends and a not-to-miss espresso with dessert.

To finish out the day, it’s home to relax outdoors by the pool and enjoy the sunshine and warm weather we are famous for in Miami.
