We had the good fortune of connecting with Elizabeth Rand and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Elizabeth, have there been any changes in how you think about work-life balance?
In regards to work life balance, before when I worked in the corporate world, I didn’t actually have much of a balance, mainly because I worked full time and freelanced on the side. Now that I fully work for myself, I find that I have more of a work life balance, which I like.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Established in 2010, Oasis Consulting Group (OCG) is a privately owned business development and marketing company based in Florida. We are responsible for laying out a blueprint of multi-channel campaigns and programs to help the needs of our clients around the United States, providing them with B2B and B2C marketing services designed to increase their customer base, loyalty, and profits.

Oasis Consulting Group is passionate about exposing our potential new clients to services in such a way that it will resonate with them. The face-to-face interaction delivers maximum impact, and OCG effectively presents offers to our targeted clients that excel in results.

At Oasis Consulting Group we believe that the best way to foster a wonderful Client Relationship is to ensure our clients are aware of our process. Now of course we do like to customize the process depending on our clients needs, but we always like to make sure the standards are being met.

Phase One: Orientation about the Company: A meeting focused on giving us more information about your organization, how it operates, and how the project will specifically relate to your companies goals and objectives.

Phase Two: Product/Service Awareness: This meeting is so we can learn more about the solutions that you provide. This will help us in better understanding the service that we will be providing and will allow us to answer FAQs from prospective clients/customers.

Phase Three: Campaign/Service Development: This is where we develop, organize, and implement the campaign/service that you have agreed upon.

Final Phase: Exit Meeting: This is the final meeting to ensure that objectives and goals are properly in line with what you want your end result to be.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would take them to Downtown Hollywood, there are a ton of amazing places to eat, drink and have fun. I would also take them to play miniature golf and to Hollywood Beach.

I want to dedicate my shoutout to my grandmother, my Uncle, and my best friends, Aaron, Angie and Stefan.
