We had the good fortune of connecting with Emmanuel Brown and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Emmanuel, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
The thought process behind starting my business, New Adam, was to create a Christian apparel clothing line that represents new beginnings. I wanted the designs to be conversation starters and to inspire believers to be active in their faith beyond the confines of church walls. Drawing inspiration from the early church, where believers met in their homes and God used them wherever they were, I aimed to produce something stylish and comfortable that embodies simplicity and vibrant colors. The goal is to encourage believers to know that God wants to use them in any and every place they find themselves.

What should our readers know about your business?
Getting to where we are today business-wise has been a journey of perseverance and learning. It wasn’t easy. We faced numerous challenges, from sourcing quality materials to building a brand that authentically represents our mission. We overcame these challenges through a combination of faith, community support, and a commitment to our vision.

One of the key lessons we’ve learned along the way is the importance of staying true to our core values and mission, even when faced with obstacles. It’s also crucial to be adaptable and open to feedback, as this allows us to grow and improve continuously.

We want the world to know that New Adam is more than just a clothing line. It’s a movement to inspire believers to embrace their faith in every aspect of their lives. Our story is one of faith, resilience, and a passion for spreading the message of new beginnings through fashion.

I will say it is not easy to have a brand that is for believers and no believers with a message to come to Christ and be used by him, but it is worth it.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to get something to eat from one of four places, Billy Joe’s The Conch Queen LLC, Coopers Hawk, Chef Creole or Dough Boys Pizzeria. I’m simple so as far as fun I would suggest bowling or the movies. If the time permits then a three day cruise to the Bahamas would be the best option.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First I want to thank my Heavenly Father he actually gave me the name New Adam and put these creative gifts inside of me. Next I want to thank EntreBeliever for their mentorship and the desire to help others succeed. Also Lisa at EntreBeliever she is a real gold mine full of wisdom. Next my family for always believing in me, because no matter where I was at in my life my parents, brothers and sisters always encouraged me and gave me hope. Next I want to thank my wife and two daughters because honestly at this point I push myself so that they can have a better life and focus on Christ. New Adam is not about me, its about everyone else and what God can do through them. A few books that have helped me with this journey is the Five Second Rule by Mel Robbins, The Richest Man Who Ever Lived King Solomon’s secrets to success, wealth and happiness by Steven K. Scott and last but no least Prayers That Work by Kevin L.A. Ewing
