Meet Eric Bradley | Eric A. Bradley, Personal Development Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric Bradley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Eric, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I’ve always had an entrepreneur’s mindset.
My family owned small businesses and I knew from an early age that I had something within me that needed to be shared with others.
With a strong background in the entertainment, medical, fitness & boxing industries, I had to decide what area of expertise I would highlight to be able to serve people and change their lives for the better.
I considered the impact that I was having on people who had experienced my services over the years. I knew that if I was going to commit my life to serving, it had to be about impact. That was my thought process. I measured my ability along with the impact people were experiencing and how willing I was to show up every day to serve higher.
That was literally my decision process.

What should our readers know about your business?
My business serves business owners along with key influencers & individuals desiring to build their personal brands. We help them reach millions of new people to spread their message or service and coach them on how their social media can actually make money and build their legacy.
Crazy enough, this all started by happenstance. It began out of simply helping gym owners run a profitable business by providing them with training content for them to monetize in their gyms.
I’ve written 27 “How To” books for fitness, fundamental Boxing and one series on rehabilitating the body through kinematics of human motion.
I saw that the business owners were indulging in the material they purchased but they didn’t understand how to market the programs they invested in. So I started a marketing division based on our previous successful business model.
They could now learn how to market using social media and grow their services exponentially. The interesting part is they got so consumed with this endeavor, they experienced real success, profitability and now the next issues came to surface.
They needed mindset coaching due to the sacrifice of committing so hard to business growth and consequently losing themselves. That’s how Personal Development coaching came into play.
All success comes with a price tag.
The growing pains were never easy. But they were enjoyable due to the fact I got to see people rise from one obstacle and hurdle the next one. That’s how life happens. When you can understand and identify patterns, use prayer & immerse yourself in self development books & coaching programs you’d be surprised at how you can jump over life’s hurdles.
I’ve learned to never allow impulse to control my decision making. I take a deep breath. I pray with purpose and listen for the answers. Your answers are always approaching you in their due time. Patience is a virtue. Everything is going be alright. I’ve recognized that this is a time for thankfulness. Say thank you for the good and bad. That’s my message. They all lead to a necessary part of your journey.
I want people to acknowledge that there are four phases to our lives:
The first phase is what we set out to do to begin our journey. These are our “goals”. (Ex: Officially starting your business by forming an LLC).
The second phase is what you’re doing the first goal for. It’s what will lead you to your next chapter which is your mission. The mission is the drive to higher grounds. (Ex: The success, the money and control of your life).
The third phase is what happens to us all when we have zero economic stresses and the trees part and you can see clear through to the opposite side of the country. That’s our vision. The vision is what we’re working so hard to achieve and is what we are able to pass down to our gene pool. Some call it generational wealth. (Ex.: Paving a path for others).
Phase four is your life’s Quest. This is what you were born to do. You’ve accomplished all hurdles and you’ve secured futures that haven’t even been born yet. Now you can do God’s work 100% of the time. You can contribute to the world without any restraints and your path is clear to serve at the highest levels possible.
This is what people should understand about my brand and purpose. I’m here to provide guidance and a road map for people who want to serve higher in life.
What separates me from the many who attempt to do the same is I’ve actually handled the shovel myself and I’ve dug holes deeper than most. I walk the walk that I talk and I have the battle scars and successes to prove it.
Those who are served by me will have a clean pathway paved from an experienced man of God. Everyone wants to be known for what they do. I simply help you get there faster by making sure you have a plan that works, helps you avoid the common pitfalls and allows you to enjoy the journey.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
First I’d take them to my favorite Cuban coffee spot, LaColada Gourmet in Little Havana. We’d take the Big Bus Tour so they could see the city and learn the amazing history of Magic City. I truly think it’s the best way to get all the feels of Miami in a day. Definitely don’t knock it until you try it even if you’re a local.
Next we’d walk around Bayside Market Place just to take in the culture and the awesome energy. Plus it’s a great way to walk off that Cuban coffee!
We’d dine on Biscayne Bay at Amara At Paraiso. The cuisine is phenomenal and you can’t beat the multi million dollar view.
On day 2, we’d have to reserve our beach chairs and spend the day at Joia Beach Club. The amazing cocktails & sensational food along with the unique setting would be unforgettable.
This would be a loaded weekend for sure but the memories that would be created would last a lifetime. That’s what Miami is all about.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would always take time to give a shout to my parents who crafted the way I think. Gregory Poole III who challenged me to think higher and Gary Joyner who physically handled my first LLC with his company and gave me priceless advice. The author I’d like to thank is Dave Kerpen for writing “The Art Of People”. This book molded my ability to manage a room through people skills and Napoleon Hill who also gave me priceless insight to how to exist higher on this planet.
