We had the good fortune of connecting with Eric & Roger Knock On Wood Pergolas and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Eric & Roger, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind our brand has been to satisfy our customers as best we can with our finished products and make sure they can enjoy their outdoor living areas for years to come.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Knock On Wood Pergolas is a family run business. In the past 5 years what really sets us apart from other businesses similar to ours is our dedication in craftsmanship and always reassuring customer satisfaction. We have built up excellent relationships with our vendors and industry peers. This is why most of our business stems from referrals and that means a lot to us. We also had the opportunity to work alongside one of South Florida’s talented designers Martin Amado and got featured on Channel 10 in a SOFLO home makeover project. As we continue to grow in this fast paced market in Miami, we do not want to lose sight of how we’ve made it to 5 years and want to thank our South Florida community for the trust they put in our Team.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If visiting Miami we definitely would recommend stopping by Hate Monday’s Tavern and say hello to the Owner / Head Chef Karl Hayden and order anything on his menu, because it is all very delicious. You will not be disappointed!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We really have to recognize our entire team for always going above and beyond on our builds. They are the reason why Knock On Wood Pergolas continues to lead the industry in Pergolas and Patio remodels here in Miami / Southflorida
