We had the good fortune of connecting with Ernesto Guerrero and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ernesto, what principle do you value most?
I have 3 values that for me are the key for a business to be successful: Principles, Beliefs and Standards of Behavior. If a business has good values not only helps entrepreneurs focus on the specific steps necessary for them to make business ideas succeed, but it also helps them to achieve short and long term objetives.

What should our readers know about your business?
Well Im the owner of Miami Legendary Corp, Guerrero Trucking LLC and most recent Guerrero Company. I believe what set us apart from other businesses is that we have establish a link between what we have and what we want. To analyze the market and refine. Im proud of all the hard work we had put in as a company and all truly success that has come from that.
Theirs is an old saying “Rome was not built in a day”, a business , a project, an idea will take time, discipline and patience. There is not shortcuts. You must work hard, smart and very focus and what your end game will be.
What I would like the world to know about my brands is that my brands are a voice, relationships, memories , expectations taken together to account to create a great costumer experience.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Let’s say I have a friend visiting Miami, FL. I would definitely take him/her for tour to its beautiful beaches, non-stop nightlife, and to the art design district.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would jump right in by saying that all of my success comes from God, family and good friendships. Like anything in life a business must come from a strong foundation, which in my case comes from those who have supported me all the way. It’s ok to doubt yourself sometimes, but with those who love you and support you it will be a lot easier to go throughout the hard times that we all face in our businesses.
