Hi Ernesto, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The first step for me in starting a business was understanding the market and identifying a gap or need that your business can address is crucial. Second is all about passion and interest, starting a business requires dedication and passion. Choosing a venture that aligns with your interests and strengths.
And last for sure creating a market analysis, assessing the competition, target audience, and industry trends is essential.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m the CEO of Miami Legendary, Boat & Yacht Rentals with service in Miami, Puerto Rico, Cancún, and Cartagena. Guerrero Trucking LLC, based in Miami that includes long haul transportation, and Guerrero Company, out of Medellín, Colombia, that provides tour experiences for tourists.

Running multiple businesses, will demand Resilience. Facing setbacks and challenges teaches entrepreneurs the importance of resilience and perseverance. You must learn to bounce back from failures, adapt to changes, and stay focused on your goals.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Well Miami as my home base, they are plenty of things to do! My top 3 would beaches, museums, and of course the mandatory Yacht Tour along the coastline. I believe Miami has something for everyone, whether you are into art, nature, culture, or simply soaking up the sun.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I will definitely have to give a Shoutout to my mentors! Mentors can provide valuable guidance, advice, and insights based on their own entrepreneurial experience in relevant fields. They can help you navigate challenges, offer strategic direction, and provide valuable connections.
